About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 16 whenever my family or friends go out of town I’m always the go to person for pet sitting following each direction from feeding bathing to night time. I also send out updates so no worry’s. I am currently available Monday through Sunday, offering flexible scheduling for walks, drop-ins, and overnight care, including weekends, holidays, and last-minute requests when needed , but if plans change please let me know 2 or 3 days before thank you When caring for pets, their safety is always my top priority. I make sure doors, gates, and fences are secure before letting pets outside, keep harmful foods and household items out of reach, and closely monitor their behavior for any signs of stress or illness. I follow each pet’s routine and the owner’s instructions carefully, provide plenty of supervision, and create a calm, safe environment where every pet feels comfortable, loved, and well cared for.

About: I have two cats at home and frequently pet-sit for friends & neighbors in the area. I have always had at least one cat in my home, and at one point lived with two miniature Australian Shepherds. I’m currently working part-time and have plenty of time in my schedule. I typically work 5 hours per day, 3-5 days per week, sometimes weekends. I am accustomed to following meal and medication schedules for pets, as well as monitoring a cat on a leash outside or walking a dog twice per day. When walking dogs, I stick to the established route and avoid other dogs.

About: I have had a number of dogs, snakes, and other animals throughout the years. Since I’m on a long sabbatical from work, my schedule is wide open, and I would love to offer my time and space to take care of your animal. I typically walk 5-6 miles a day and love taking dogs with me. I’m currently on a sabbatical from work as a professor so my schedule is wide open for the next 6 to 9 months. I will build my schedule around my teenage children who help when I have multiple bookings, frequent walks/trips to the gym, and pet responsibilities. I have lots of time and space to cater to your animal and their needs. I treat the dogs like family pets and let them roam the house. I don’t use crates unless the client prefers it that way. I have a fenced backyard and a love for taking walks or hikes. There are stairs to get into my home since I am in the West Salem hills. I do have dog toys, beds, and a crate from previous dogs. I will take dogs to minto brown, river front or walk around West Salem.

I also like to send updates and photos so you feel comfortable knowing how your pet is doing while you’re away. My goal is to keep your pet’s routine as normal as possible and help them feel secure in their own space. Whether your pet is social, shy, playful, or more independent, I’ll meet them where they are and give them care that feels patient, gentle, and trustworthy.

About: I have fostered on and off with Hope’s Haven for years now and I am no stranger to puppies and seniors alike. I have dog sat since I was 14. I’m a college student at Chemeketa and would love to spend the time I am not studying getting my exercise in by getting out a dog’s energy. I have a cat, two rabbits, and a standard poodle at home. I know a lot about keeping peace and making sure everyone has their needs met.

I have supervised the upbringing and development of puppies, including providing assistance with medication administration and potty training. Additionally, I have supported the medication regimen and physical therapy for senior and special needs dogs. My overall experience in puppy/dog care spans seven years, and I have had dogs as companions throughout my life. Currently working Monday - Friday, free after 3:30 weekdays for boarding of sitting in the evenings. Weekends open all day for boarding or sitting as well. Pet care fits well into current schedule with our own dogs; scheduled activities during the week but open for adventures on the weekend. Large backyard on a quiet street; lots of room for walks to local parks or fetch in the yard. House is stair free for elderly or dogs with medical restrictions. Adaptable to any situation as needed!

About: I am a remote worker with extra time available. I grew up with labs and Shih Tzus as well as cats. I've been dog sitting for the past 8 years and have done volunteer camps at the Willamette Humane Society. I am pretty flexible this summer for house sitting, dog walking, or drop ins. I can feed, walk, play with, cuddle, or even bathe your dog! I'm an animal lover and would be fine with other pets at the house, too. Watching and caring for dogs, cats or other pets is something I love to do on its own, aside from it being a "job." This would be a great way to spend my time. I am currently working part time, so will have time most days for drop ins, walks, etc. I am also available some weekends, as well. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats at home. If your pet is friendly, then it could be an option for them to come stay at my house.

About: I own a husky mix and have for three years. I regularly bath, brush and walk him. I’m very patient with animals. I enjoy being around dogs because they’re super smart and definitely steal your heart. Dogs are more than a mans best friend, they’re family. As I begin in the dog care world I would like to be full time and help families by providing care for their furry babies. It’s nice to be able to take a vacation or a trip and know that your dog is being well taken care of, allowing you to enjoy time with friends and family. I will frequently send pictures and updates so you can see how everything is going and and feel included. I have self-taught myself how to trim and file dogs nails and how to brush excess fur, to prevent matted and tangled coats. I also enjoy bathing them. I know pet care can add up and be expensive so I’m willing to negotiate rates depending on the distance I have to drive and the number of services your needing.
