About: I grew up around dogs my whole life. I have had my lab for 5 years coming this August and I treat her like a child. She goes anywhere with me. She absolutely loves car rides. Every time I go to the store I come back with toys for her because the look on her face when I come back home is the face that can melt anyone's heart! “Khelsi cat sat for me for 21 days over the winter break. My cat is shy but she warmed up to Khelsi within a few days and began playing with her. Khelsi was very communicative with me throughout my time away and sent me lots of pictures and updates despite the fact that I was in a very different time zone and could not always respond to her right away. She also periodically cleaned up around my apartment and left a sweet gift for my cat and me when she left. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
