As a long time user of Rover who has hired multiple folks over the years, I can confidently say that getting Kimberly to check in on my two, boisterous, 14-pound boys has been my best Rover experience to date. There's a singular reason why Kimberly exceeded our expectations - diligence. We are pretty particular about care routines and processes, and Kimberly got it straight away and then not only complied but actually understood them. This is because a) she's a really, really good pet sitter, b) she's a cat person and an animal person through and through, and c) because she's a cool person overall. That last point is important because I've hired a couple of people from Rover who appeared great initially but ended up being pretty sketchy. Kimberly not only executed all the routines, and processes, and nuances effortlessly, she also found time to bond with the cats, and deliver extensive report cards, photos, videos with military precision. She did the work thoroughly, communicated instantly, and showed up reliably. It made a world of difference during the 8 days we entrusted our cats and home to her. We simply can't hire anyone else now that she has set the bar so high. Thank you, Kimberly.”

About: I am a fun and caring dog mom, with a background in psychology, excited to meet and play with new dogs everyday like my own I am studying and working part time, so my schedule is very flexible and open, usually the mornings are better is for me to accomodate I keep my dog walking close to me, I know how sensitive dogs can be to different stimuli (mine is) and I prioritize their safety

I also loved playing with the animals and learning all of their own personalities. Now I have my own golden retriever and cat who are best friends which has furthered my love for animals even more. I am available on weekends and weekday afternoons and evenings for house and animal check-ins, and walks for all pups! I love spending time with all animals. I work from home two days out of the week. I always keep a close eye on your animals. It's important to me that they are safe and loved as much as they would be in your hands. We’re always nervous leaving our bb on bigger international trips but Crystal went above and beyond for our shy guy!! By the third visit he was so excited to see her and snuggling/purring happily. Her updates were detailed and included tons of photos which made us smile (and a little jelly) overseas 🥹
Savannah was absolutely wonderful with my particular, moody corgi. He’s not quick to warm up to many people, but he loved them right away! They were always punctual for each drop in, which is especially important for our older dog, and we felt completely confident trusting them with our home. Highly recommend!
Lara took incredible care of my kitten Zizou. We came home to an excited, happy kitty, a clean litter box, and he had fresh food and water all weekend. Zizou was clearly cared for and had gotten plenty of playtime while we were away. It was such a relief knowing he was in good hands - deeply appreciate Lara’s friendliness and clear compassion for taking care of Zizou, even at his young age, and we got updates and photos after every visit. Highly recommend Lara, and we will definitely be booking again!
