She asked us questions about our routines, and understood our preferences. She provided a welcoming and warm environment and made sure that Star got lots of care and attention, and we knew that Star was safe and having fun. Star loved being in a space with other dogs, especially Lorelei's sweet pup! Lorelei sent photos and videos every day, and was very responsive throughout our time away letting us know how things were going. We are more than satisfied with the care she offered!
