We have had dogs our entire lives. We currently have two Golden Retrievers. We used to foster for an all breed rescue and then a Golden Retriever rescue having multiple dogs at a time. We have watched pets for friends and family and have experience from small to extra large breeds as well as having experience with giving meds and recovery from surgeries. We have trained our own dogs and have dealt with training our fosters and a wide range of issues. We love being active and outside and have plenty of land to play and run around. We live in a small, quiet country subdivision which is great for walks. We cannot take any pitbulls (American, American Staffordshire, Staffordshire Bull) or pitbull mixes. We would prefer dogs that can be off leash. Our kids are younger with multiple neighborhood kids frequenting our house as well which means the door gets opened quite a bit.

Amanda is wonderful! She is quick to respond and 100% reliable. I have used her for years - she takes wonderful care of our pets!
Amanda and her family were exceptional. Our pup, Piper, was well taken care of. Amanda provided daily photos and each one showed us a happy dog that was living her best life. Amanda's communication prior to and during Piper's stay was extremely thorough and put our minds at ease that we chose well. While we like to take trips that allow us to take Piper with us, if the need ever arises again, we would absolutely want Piper to stay with Amanda and her family again.

Amanda's calm energy and initial greet and meet process are probably why she is highly ranked. We did 2 meet and greets, with about 5 days between. At the time of her first drop off things were smooth and unnoticed by Maize. Within a few hours of drop off, Amanda sent pics and noted "She's settled in nicely." We were amazed. A few more pictures over next day showed Maize other family members. Maize got plenty of pick up and hold me time. We like that she was connecting with each family member. We had just moved to this are last September and had been out with pet sitter service which caused to miss a few family events. Rover is a stellar system making the experience good for all. Maple seemed like she had a blast even with just a short drop in! So much love and excitement, will definitely be booking with Amanda again!
Amanda took care of all three of our cats with caring, kindness and close attention. We really appreciate Amanda being there when we are out of town. We trust her to keep them safe and happy!

Schedule
One of us works from home full-time so someone is always at the home. We can provide potty breaks every 2-4 hours and midday feedings if required.

We have the ability to crate if needed or section off a couple of areas to make sure your pet is safe and comfortable. We always make sure we know where pets are when opening doors, etc.

We try to keep your schedule close as possible. If you have a walk time we will try to hit it. We love to play fetch in this house and run in the yard (not fenced)
