About: I have been helping take care of animals since I was five. I grew up with animals in the house and have always made friends with animals. I have not found an animal that doesn’t like me in my 25 years of life. I help take care of many families who request me multiple times in a year. I am a full-time special education teacher who works from 7:30 in the morning to 4:30 in the afternoon. I can stay overnight and do drop ins. The times in between the drop ins would just have to be longer during the day due to not being able to leave work. I spend a lot of time with them when I can because they need that consistency of love and care as if their owners were there. I make sure they go to the bathroom, are fed, and given attention since their owners are gone. I love playing with them if they are animals who enjoy playing with toys.

We have an older dog & older cat & a 1yr old kitten. The cats need wet can food for their meals & Amanda was never late feeding them every 12 hours for 7 days. She spoiled my fur babies 😹 We are back home from vacation now but i'm pretty sure the fur babies keep waiting for Amanda to come walking through the door to see them 😹 Amanda gave our dog massages everyday, played with him, gave him treats we left, cleaned his eyes everyday. She played with both our cats everyday & cleaned their litter boxes. She was even brave & trimmed both of our cats toenails 🙀😺 And she trimmed our dog's toenails. And she sent us a ton of awesome pictures & videos of them playing, eating etc!! She takes awesome pictures & videos too!!!!!!! It almost felt like we hadn't left home!! You would be crazy to not pick Amanda for ALL of your pet care/sitting needs!!!😻”

About: Having been around a variety of animals for my entire life I appreciate the joy and place they hold in their family’s lives. My own soul dog (Sheltie named Finn) passed away in 2025 and he is dearly missed. Though he is gone, my love of animals has never changed. These days I paint animal portraits for shelter donations, care for the pets of family/friends, and now I serve to help those seeking an aid for their furry family member. Every family deserves to know their animal(s) are being cared for with the utmost respect. That is the level of responsibility I take when I will accompany your pet on a walk or to check on them during the day. There is also plenty of room for play and affection! They are your family and deserve to be treated as such. I am currently working part-time weekdays until 2 pm. After work, I am available to assist in the care of animals by walking or checking on their welfare. The first thing I do when arriving is ensure that all animals within the home are well by observing them. Once that is assured, I take the time to let them adjust to my presence by allowing them to meet me on their terms. Afterwards, I ensure water bowls are changed or topped off, litter boxes are emptied if needed, and prepare any dogs for their walks.

About: We love all kinds of animals and have been a rescue family for years! Both my husband and I have always had pets and have been a safe home for neglected or abandoned dogs We work from home and can give all the love and attention deserved!! Our dogs and rabbits have a dependable schedule and are crate trained We provide an enriching fun safe environment for our dog and rabbits. We have an invisible fence but our dogs never wear their collars now that they know to stay in the yard. They love walks and romping in our wooded yard
About: I’ve volunteered at the zoo for five years, working in the pavilion. I’ve also had first hand experience with my own pets! I’ve taken care of fish, cats, and dogs. I’m also studying veterinary nursing at Purdue University and I’m trying to gain the most experience I can with animals! I care for two cats and a fish every single day at home.
