About: Grew up with dogs. Haven’t had as many dogs as cats as they required more attention than cats and Rover didn’t exist when I was younger. I had 3 dogs in my young adult life over the course of 30 years. Currently we have a 9 year old pittie rescue and she is well cared for. I’m recently retired so my schedule is very flexible. Rover has made it possible for us to travel with peace of mind that our pets would be cared for. So I figured it would be a good fit as a retirement job and now I can give others the same peace of mind. The retired lifestyle has left me very flexible for going to people’s homes to help with their cat and dog maintenance while they travel. Currently not looking to offer in home services.

Whether your dog is high-energy, a little nervous around new people, or just needs a steady routine, I adjust to what they need rather than running a one-size-fits-all walk. You can expect clear communication before and after every visit, so you always know exactly how things went. My schedule is flexible throughout the day, so dog walking isn't squeezed into a narrow window — it's a real part of my daily routine. That means I can offer consistent mid-morning, afternoon, or early evening walks, and I'm also able to accommodate last-minute requests or changes in timing without it being a scramble. If your schedule shifts week to week, I can usually adjust to match it. Safety is the first thing I think about with every walk. When I arrive, I double-check that all doors and gates are secure before I bring your dog out, and I make sure the leash and collar or harness are properly fitted before we leave — no slipping out mid-walk. I stick to routes I know well, avoid off-leash areas unless specifically asked, and keep a close eye on other dogs, traffic, and anything that could startle or spook your dog. I always carry water on hot days and adjust the pace or length of the walk based on weather and how your dog is doing that day. Before I leave, I make sure your home is exactly as I found it — doors locked, lights as they were, nothing out of place. If anything ever comes up during a walk, you'll hear from me right away, not after the fact.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I could walk. Grew up walking stuffed animals around on a leash just to prove to my parents that I was responsible enough to own one myself. I had two dogs that both lived to 16 so my track record is good I am currently working from home three to four days a week and that allows for me to be flexible with my timing. I can leave the house, let a dog out or just give him/her some extra belly rubs I have a fenced in yard that allows your fur baby to run around freely, but within the home I love to snuggle. Your pets are allowed on furniture and in beds at this household, as long as it’s okay with you.

Currently I am in my last semester at UC while also holding down a service job. Typically, Tues/Thurs are days I am gaurenteed not to work, due to class, but on days I do they are around 4 hour shifts in the evening. Sundays I work until close, so that will be my only 6+ hour shift. Mondays, however, I work a double, but get time in between shifts where I can check on your animal! Experience with crating animals, feeding them, medicine administration, and play time! I like to give animals my full attention and feel as if I can read body language well to know comfort levels of the pet. I like to stay with them as long as my schedule allows, as if no one really left them home alone!

Our home has a large front and backyard, perfect for playtime, exercise, and fresh air. Whether your pup needs long walks, belly rubs, or someone to sit quietly and keep them company, I’ll care for them as if they were my own. You’ll get regular updates, photos, and all the reassurance you need—so you can relax, knowing your dog is in good hands. At the end of the day, it’s not just about keeping your dog fed and exercised—it’s about making sure they feel at home, even when you’re not there. Because your dog deserves the best. And so do you. Both my husband and I work fully remote. We’re flexible with our schedules and always block out time for long walks and a lot of time to play with ours and your pups! We’re early risers as well and are flexible accommodating for your pups needs throughout the day. If caring for pets in our home, you can expect a minimum of 3 walks a day and lots of outdoor time in our front and backyard patio. We’ll keep a close eye on any pups to ensure full safety. If caring for pups in your home, you can expect me to treat your home like my own and respect it fully while also sticking to your pups schedule you would keep on a regular basis. About: I love engaging with different pets. Snuggly and sleepy ones or ones that want to run! I am very adaptable to meet the needs of your furry (or scaly) friend(s) I am happy to provide care to more exotic pets like bunnies, rodents, fish, lizards, geckos, snakes, etc. I currently work Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 7:30am-6pm only a 20 min from deer park high school ! I aim for a walk almost everyday I love the area ! I have a fenced in back yard, I feel comfortable getting furry friends in and out of crates, and happy to follow any schedule or specifications you have !
