Loved that she sent nearly daily updates even gave them a bath too! What I appreciated the most was that she was transparent about when my dogs weren’t quite comfortable eating in a new environment. She reached out to ask if I had any tricks to stir their appetite, and she kept me updated until they finally got into a groove. Would definitely book again. 6 out of 5 stars!!!”
About: I have experience in clinic and shelter environments, especially with fearful or reactive pets. I also have experience with exotic animals and have taken care of personal pets my entire life! I’m reliable for feeding, walking, medicating, providing enrichment, and more. I’m currently available mornings, evenings, and overnight. With notice, I can invite animal-friendly small/medium pets into my home. For larger pets or those who don’t enjoy animal company, I can do drop-ins or walks at your home! I have my own friendly dogs and cats in my home. The small animals in my home are kept in a separate room. I have a long leash to give your pup some playtime outside, or we can take good walks on a regular leash. I can crate, medicate, or provide enrichment for your pets as needed (with instructions), always with compassionate care.

About: Growing up on a farm means there was never a shortage of animals to take care of. Especially in a dog loving family that never had less than 3 dogs at one time to care for. Along with friends whom have relied on me to care for their pets while they are away, my experience caring for animals is well rounded. As of 2023 providing care and love to your pet(s) is my full time job. While you are away I will give your pet(s) the extra care, love and attention they all deserve! My home is their home. This is dog friendly home is where all dogs are allowed on the couch with full access to a fenced in covered patio. Along with a mile walking trail and a fully fenced in dog park on the complex grounds. After an active wonderful day your pet will love to curling up on the couch for all the cuddle’s they want after eating a yummy night time treat.

“Rachel is amazing! Before we left for vacation she came over to meet our animals and familiarize herself with our routine. It made us feel so much better that our 2 dogs and cat were comfortable with who was watching them before we left. While we were gone Rachel sent us multiple photos and kept us up to date on how our animals were doing! Each of our dogs and our cat have to take medicine each day and Rachel was able to get everyone their medicine everyday. Truly a lifesaver!”
