“Irina was communicative throughout the entire process. I had to make a last minute change and include my senior pug for boarding and she was responsive and helpful. My senior pug has to take medication twice daily and Irina made sure to be on top of it. My pugs looked happy and well taken care of while I was gone. Irina sent me videos and pictures of my pugs which made me feel comfortable and it was good to see their little tails wagging while I was gone. Thank you Irina.”

We are very selective in who we have watch our boys while we are gone (typically family or friends would come to our home and stay with them)… but we moved from Southern to Northern California so need to figure out an alternative. Within just a short time of drop off, Alexa sent an update with pictures which allowed us to see that they were making themselves right at home and enjoying play time and snuggles.
