About: I’ve cared for friends’ cats and dogs since I graduated high school, but I started gathering more clients in college and during my masters in order to earn supplemental income I’m available every afternoon after 330pm, and possibly sooner with early notice. On weekends I am available all day, and can travel anywhere in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens I don’t have either of my cats with my here in New York. Back at my home in New Orleans, I have an entirely fenced backyard so I can let my cats play as long as they want every day. Sometimes up to 3 hours a day. They are harness trained as well, so we go on walks 3-4 times a week. I enjoy taking both cats and dogs on walks

About: I've been pet sitting for friends and friends-of-friends since I was 22. I am comfortable with cats and dogs of all sizes and ages as well as small animals (hamsters, bunnies, birds, etc). I love to spend a little extra time when pet sitting, whether it's just a stop in or overnight, so I can get to know every animal's quirks and personalities! I am completely capable of complex instructions/feeding routines; I just want your fur baby to be happy, healthy, and comfortable! I work at the university so most days I am flexible with my schedule before 9 and after 3, but I am able to pop out for a feeding or walk over lunch as well. Evenings are often completely open and available for overnights - my cat has an auto feeder in the case I do need to stay elsewhere overnight so I am able to do that if you'd like! I am happy to follow any instructions no matter how particular or complex! Every pet has their own quirks about how they like/need to be taken care of :) I am also sure to carefully introduce myself with each encounter as I know I am a new face (with cats especially) and will follow your pet's lead on how much they are interested in engaging. Overall, I'm just trying to be sure all the animals are comfortable while someone new is taking care of them!

About: I’ve always been an advocate for all animals in receiving love and care when needed. I feel like there’s a synergic effect with pets. Not only are we helping them but they’re helping us have a better day. My favorite thing to do with pets is staying active such as walks or to just play with them. I am able to fit per care in the afternoons or early in the morning. I work remotely so I am able to be free between consults to have some time to hang out with some pets. I have my roommates cat with me napping all day during my consults :) I would be making sure the per is receiving enough nutritional intake the owner suggests and helping them feel comfortable with paying attention to them and offering the best pets and rubs they deserve. I love to just be there for them when needed.

Between class and my future part time job I have the perfect morning and middle of the day gap that would work out for drop in visits as well as I can take on boarders throughout the week and some weekends! While I live in an apartment my complex has wonderful walk way paths that I sometimes take my cat out on! There’s also a beautiful backyard to walk through, along with these we have a fenced in dog park for off leash activities. About: I am currently in school to be a veterinary technician and I am in training to be a groomer as well. I have a lot of experience with all size breeds and training as well I am currently a manager at the food bank in town, so I would be available for weekends only. During the weeks I am off are Christmas holidays for 6 days and if someone needs a visit or a dog walk after I get off which is 4 I will be willing to do that as well.
