“Harry seemed to have a great time there. There were lots of other dogs for him to visit with and he was happy when we picked him up. I'd bring him back if we visit New Orleans again. Thank you!”
“Tango loved his stay and had so much fun. Nolvia took great care of him—she is amazing and provides daily updates, including pictures. Tango also made a new friend with her dog, Marisol. We will definitely be booking again. 😊”

“Rhys looked after my 6 month old lab mutt Adso for 5 days-that alone deserves more than 5 stars ? Beyond that, it was obvious Adso was given plenty of attention & he came home happy & healthy! We had great communication the whole time & pics when Adso would sit still. Definitely recommend ??”

“Melissa was the first sitter we used on Rover and we are very happy with our experience. She kept us updated and was easy to reach. She is very nice and was very sweet to our dog. We will definitely use her services again.”

“I really liked how we did a meet and greet before she agreed to watch my dog to make sure our doggos got along. My dog had such a good time playing with her dog Pearl that my dog was exhausted by the time she got home. I also appreciated all the photos and videos she sent.”

“Lisa and Gizzy took great care of our Charlie! He can be a nervous nelly, but they put him at ease quickly as if he was part of the family from day one. Pics and updates were sent regularly. We are so grateful to have found you as Charlie’s home away from home!”

“I don’t have enough to say about this young lady, my Chance was living his best life while there. Brea sent so many picks and videos that made me feel so comfortable about leaving him there. She truly loves yours like hers. You can’t go wrong!! I WILL BE USING HER AGAIN❤️”

“Rainey stayed overnight with Jessica and her family while we attended a concert in New Orleans over the Memorial Day weekend. They took wonderful care of her and Rainey loved playing with their dog, Stella. They were very accommodating when it came to drop off and pick-up, especially with it being a holiday.”

About: I worked at a vet hospital for two years and I have animals of my own. I have dogs a cat horses a goat and chickens. I genuinely love animals. Pet care is my whole day I am constantly caring for all of my animals and want to do more and take care of others pets. If I know that pets don’t get along I separate them into separate rooms and they each get playtime with me. Along with every animal gets fed separately to avoid any problems.

- Food and gear such as harnesses, collars, food (portioned by day), and an item that smells like you.

Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in LA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
