From the very beginning, Kimberly went above and beyond to ensure my little girl, Matcha, who has seizures and a strict medication schedule, was well taken care of. Kimberly responded to my request immediately, making the entire process so smooth. She was early to our meet-and-greet and took the time to learn everything about Matcha’s needs and routines. During her week and a half stay at my house, Kimberly was punctual, reliable, and incredibly understanding of my cameras to monitor seizures, which made me feel more comfortable as a first-time Rover user. What really stood out was Kimberly’s attention to detail and her genuine care for Matcha. She kept me updated with frequent pictures and videos, ensuring I could see how happy and safe Matcha was. Kimberly also walked her every two hours because of her small bladder and administered her medication exactly as instructed. Matcha got so much love, comfort, and care,it was clear she was in amazing hands. Knowing Matcha was cared for so well allowed me to fully relax during a stressful time. I can’t thank Kimberly enough for the incredible care she provided, and I completely understand why my sister uses her regularly. Juandiego was considerate, kind, and very familiar with all size dogs! He gave some great offhand advice for our training, and my anxious large dog was immediately comfortable with him for his walk at the meet for the first time.
