About: I have grown up with dogs. The past 10+ years I have cared for other peoples dogs. I understand how uneasy people feel about leaving their pooch in a Kennel, simply because their dog is their world and they would rather have their dog have home comforts whilst you are apart. Married but we have no children so am able to offer a calm environment for those dogs that are mature or nervous of bangs and loud noises. Likewise I have the time and energy for those dogs that need a little more play time. I have a neutered schnoodle that is mature enough to chill but also enjoys a play. I work part time from home. So I am able to offer your pooch a lot of time and love, be it walks or just company. I have an enclosed, secure garden, mainly walled with gated access which is locked. It is completely private. It is not a large garden, but it certainly offers a dog enough space to stretch their legs, chase a ball or just chill on the patio.
About: I've been taking care of many pets of many different sizes from small dogs and cats to dogs so big they're basically a bear! Typically I sit for family friends or neighbors. Going for walks or just dropping in Im very excited to work with you and your pet! Im currently a house wife, and I serve at church Wednesday and Sunday so ill have plenty of time to take care of your pets! Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings I will be busy. When is a client's home I like to take the dog out and play ball, I always make sure they cool down before drinking too much water, I like to go though the tricks I know that they can do, take them on walks and of course give them lots of pets!
About: Growing up with dogs, hamsters, fish, turtles has given me years of hands-on animal care experience. I have years of experience caring for outdoor potty-trained dogs, house-trained dogs, puppies using potty pads. I also have experience with both energetic puppies & senior dogs. I provide patient, attentive care tailored to each dog(s) unique personality & needs. When caring for your dog(s), I prioritize safety, routine, comfort. I follow instructions closely & aim to ensure every dog(s) feels secure, relaxed, well cared for while you’re away. As a full-time college student engaged in online classes, my schedule allows me the flexibility to be at home throughout the day. This allows me to dedicate ample time for play, walks, & affectionate interaction with your dog/dogs in my care. Additionally, I am the loving owner of a sociable small dog that is well-behaved & enjoys the company of other well-behaved canines. Your dog's safety, comfort, well-being are always my absolute top priorities. Summer & Weather Safety Walks To protect your pup from overheating, dehydration & painful paw pad burns, walks are strictly scheduled during the coolest parts of the day. Please use Rover's broad booking windows, noting my precise walking schedule below: • Morning Walks (5:00 AM – 7:00 AM Only) Please select Rover's 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM option. (Note: To beat the morning heat, 7:00 AM is my absolute safety cutoff for walks). • Evening Walks (6:00 PM – 8:00 PM Only) Please select Rover's 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM option. (Note: Walks will only begin after 6:00 PM once the pavement has cooled down safely). Thank you for partnering with me to prioritize your pup’s health & hydration! Health & Hygiene Standards To maintain a clean, safe, stress-free environment for all pets in my care, I require all furry guests to meet basic hygiene standards: • Cleanliness: Dogs should arrive fully groomed, well-brushed, bathed, free of strong odors & nails trimmed. • Parasite-Free: All pets must be 100% free of fleas, ticks & contagious conditions. • Note: Pet wipes & sprays are great for touch-ups, but they do not replace necessary baths. To ensure a perfect match for everyone, basic health & hygiene will be verified during our initial Meet & Greet.
About: I’ve cared for dogs for 33 years. Including but not limited to walking, feeding, hygiene care and administrating multiple medicines. Familiar with seizures as well. I have pets of my own so tending to animals is a routine to me and my children for a daily routine. We have cats and a small dog. Our cats and dog are mainly inside animals. With my dog going outside to the gated backyard whenever she wants. We also have a gated pool so the animals will remain safe.
“BEST IN THE BUSINESS! Andrew really made our dogs feel right at home with him. The attention he gives them and love he brings them is incredible, treated them like they were his own. Definitely will be our first pick..EVERYTIME!”

“Adrianna is by far the best pet sitter we have had. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and my dogs loved her. I got updated photos while she was here for the visit and I couldn’t be happier with how my dogs were treated and taken care of. If you are looking for someone to watch your furry family she is the one I would highly recommend.”

“I loved that Camille is super responsive, very prompt with schedules, responsible, and just over all seems to really enjoy caring for dogs! My puppy was very pleased to have Camille take care of him for the night, and I was pleased she was available on short notice. I appreciate her knowledge of dogs and care she takes in our requests (and just in general). I will definitely book services with her again, and recommend you give her a chance to care for your fur baby.”

About: Hi! I'm a lifelong animal lover with experience caring for pets of all ages, sizes, and personalities. Growing up around animals has taught me how important patience, consistency, and love are when caring for them. Whether your pet needs walks, playtime, feeding, or just some extra attention while you're away, I'll treat them like they're part of my own family. My goal is to make sure your pet feels safe, happy, and well cared for, while giving you peace of mind. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I have a flexible schedule and make time for walks, feeding, playtime, and giving pets the attention and care they deserve. I enjoy being active and spending time with animals, so making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved is always a priority. Making sure they can’t get into anything harmful. I make sure they’re leashed every walk and that nothing harms the pet whatsoever. They’re in good hands.

About: I’ve volunteered at an animal rescue since I was ten years old. I took care of cats, dogs, birds, and even some livestock. I adore every animal I meet, I even have 2 fur babies of my own and I take pride in making sure they’re happy and healthy. I’m currently working part-time and I am also a part-time student. Exercise and social time is something I take very seriously with my animals. I hope you trust that I’ll do the same for you!
About: My love of pets started when I was a kid! I started pet sitting in elementary school with neighbors and family friends. I was also a 4H kid growing up, so I have experience with many dog breeds and even started training my own dog in middle school. High needs pets aren’t a problem, whether it’s teething puppies or senior dogs on multiple medications; I’ve taken care of them all! Typically I would find jobs word of mouth but I have moved recently and am looking for new families to help out. Currently I can’t have pets in my home so I would give all my love to your furry friends. My schedule is currently very flexible! Weekdays are open for care at any time of day and weekends are generally good, especially if I have a week or two heads up. I can accommodate the schedule that your pet has become accustomed to. Depending on distance, I am willing to stop by your home 2-3 times a day to take care of your pets needs or stay most of the day for overnight stays. I will even water house plants. For dog walking, I will always keep your pet on a leash and exercise caution when around your pet’s stressors or triggers.
About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my genuine passion for animals and my commitment to treating every pet like family. I have experience caring for pets of all ages, from playful puppies to gentle seniors, and I understand that each one has their own personality and needs. I’m patient, attentive, and great at reading animal body language, which helps me build trust quickly. If your pet needs medication, special care, or a consistent training routine, I’ve got it covered. I’m also familiar with basic training techniques and can help reinforce good behaviors while you’re away. Whether it’s energetic playtime, slow walks for older dogs, or cozy cuddle sessions, I adapt to what your pet needs to feel happy and safe. As a housewife, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to give pets the time, attention, and care they deserve throughout the day. I’m usually home, which means your pet won’t be left alone for long hours and can enjoy consistent companionship, playtime, and potty breaks. Because I’m already managing a home, I’m organized, reliable, and used to balancing responsibilities—so caring for pets fits naturally into my daily routine. Whether it’s feeding, walking, play, or simply offering comfort and love, I’m always ready to make your pet feel at home and cared for. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, my priority is always to make them feel safe, loved, and comfortable. Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
