About: I have 2 dogs of my own, and my precious kitty Kaia. I have pet sit dogs and cats through my college years just to be around pets. Growing up ive raised all type of animals including horses, cattle, sheep, and some experience with birds. The number one thing ive learned from any animal is showing respect for boundaries gets you far. Theyre showing you what theyre okay with and its important to listen within reason. I have recently moved back to the area to assist my grandparents and have all the time in the world to pet sit. Not only will pet sitting keep me busy but also reconnect me to the community. Caring for pets is all about respect and boundaries. Following the owners instructions and making sure the pets have what they need is my #1 priority. Whether it's a walk or just making sure they are cared for during a weekend get away. Animals may only leave the house per instructions on a leash. Only the food provided will be given. Dogs must be introduced for the first time by owners.
About: My love of pets started when I was a kid! I started pet sitting in elementary school with neighbors and family friends. I was also a 4H kid growing up, so I have experience with many dog breeds and even started training my own dog in middle school. High needs pets aren’t a problem, whether it’s teething puppies or senior dogs on multiple medications; I’ve taken care of them all! Typically I would find jobs word of mouth but I have moved recently and am looking for new families to help out. Currently I can’t have pets in my home so I would give all my love to your furry friends. My schedule is currently very flexible! Weekdays are open for care at any time of day and weekends are generally good, especially if I have a week or two heads up. I can accommodate the schedule that your pet has become accustomed to. Depending on distance, I am willing to stop by your home 2-3 times a day to take care of your pets needs or stay most of the day for overnight stays. I will even water house plants. For dog walking, I will always keep your pet on a leash and exercise caution when around your pet’s stressors or triggers.

About: I’ve volunteered at an animal rescue since I was ten years old. I took care of cats, dogs, birds, and even some livestock. I volunteered at an animal adoption sanctuary several times during the week to help socialize dozens of puppies & kittens as well as senior dogs & cats to get them ready for adoption. It’s bittersweet investing time into the younger ones & saying “goodbye” as they go into their new homes but I wouldn’t trade it for the world! I work in administration for Elementary Education & my life is quite hectic! However, I am most available after 4pm M-F & all day Saturday & after 1pm Sundays. I have bottle fed & rocked to sleep kittens that were small enough to fit into the palm of my hand & maintained their feeding schedule.
