About: Hi there. I am a dog and bird lover. About to have much more time on my hands as my homeschooling days are ending. I would love to make your lives easier by filling in anytime you need help with your fur and feather babies. I only work 2 days a week and there are others at home to fill in if I need it. I am flexible and easy going. I will also sit birds. I have a one year old spayed female mix pup and she is always wanting someone to play with. I also can crate pups if needed. I am the owner of 3 cockatiels also.
6. Lucia P.
“Lucia would be the best possible choice as a dog/animal sitter. She has lovingly owned animals and is also a dog trainer working with young people in 4H to show their dogs. She also volunteers at AWL to teach a class for new adoptees of dogs from the shelter. I have no reservations about recommending Lucia and anyone who hires her will be very happy with their decision.”

9. Emma M.
About: Hi, I’m Emma! :) I’m 27 years old and a proud mama of 2 toddlers and fur mama to a 5 year old cockapoo. I have always been around pets growing up and have been petsitting for about 9 years now. I own a house with a fenced in yard with plenty of space for running around. I love taking our pup on walks around our neighborhood so your furbaby will be getting lots of exercise! My goal is to make sure your pet enjoys their stay away from home and is as comfortable as possible. Our pup, Cooper is energetic and loves other dogs. He enjoys cuddling up on the couch and playing fetch in the backyard. So if you have an energetic puppy or an older dog, I can accommodate them! I would love the chance the get to know your furbaby and give them lots of love while your away! I’m a stay-at-home mom so I have plenty of time to give your pup lots of attention! I’m home almost the entire day so your pup will never be lonely :) I have a fenced in yard and an energetic cockapoo to keep your dog company. I also have 2 gentle toddlers to give them lots of love.

“Mike is a wonderful, highly responsible, loving and kind person. He is a friend to all animals large and small. He has been a dog owner most of his life and currently has the sweetest rescue dog in his home. We have trusted Mike with our precious and very loved dog on many occasions to give him the care, love and attention he grew to expect from us and totally adored when we were away. Mike could never resist petting any dog upon greeting. He has a walking schedule for his own dog and is diligent with his routine. A perfect dog owner for many, many years. We are more than happy to recommend Mike to Rover. It's a perfect fit.”

13. Tony F.
“Tony currently has an elderly lab named Abby who has had some recent health issues. Tony has cared for her related to those issues in an impressive manner. He is always looking for ways to keep her as comfortable as possible via vet care, adjustments at home, buying booties after seeing she was dragging a leg and injured paws. He has helped me with my elderly dogs and cats with extreme care and interest in understanding their needs. He rescues frogs from his pool! Very caring, intuitive to the animals needs. He will make sure that he understands what the dog/cat animal needs are, follow instructions accurately. He is reliable, responsible.”
14. Hailey R.
About: Hi! Looking for someone you can trust with your pet? Look here! I’ve been taking care of animals since a very young age. I grew up with at least 5 dogs & 2 cats. We had frogs, lizards, hamsters, & guinea pigs. I’ve grown up going to dog training classes & adoption events and have a huge passion for animals. As a child, I often helped my grandparents train their 4 large german shepherds who I ADORE! I’ve helped neighbors and friends train while watching their pups as well! I have 3 years of volunteer experience at a vet clinic where my family worked. I helped clip nails, clean teeth, administer medicine, prepare surgery rooms, walking & boarding, and many other things. This was also the thing which inspired me to look into going to school for vet medicine ! I adore animals and believe they all deserve love and respect. I would be honored to watch your fur baby ! I can currently working a part-time serving job. My hours do vary but are currently 2:30-8:30 on Tuesday & 4pm-9pm Thurs-Sat. These shifts aren’t too long (about 4-8 hours), so i have plenty of time to check in, stay with, play with & walk your fur baby before and after each shift! Most animals have their own schedule and i don’t plan to stray from that. When I first meet your fur baby, I will take a slow approach to make sure they’re comfortable. I will not be watching animals in my home so i will be following your animals cues to the fullest and a bonus, they will feel more comfortable in their own home!

I would never hesitate to leave my pets in Lisa's care.”
17. Janessa A.
“Janessa couldn't love her "puppers" any more. She treats her dogs and guests like children. There is no shortage of petting, good food and treats. Want to nap? There are dog beds, sofas and even human beds to suit their fancy. A large fenced in yard provide entertaining as well as a wide array of dog toys. She is very responsible and fun.”

About: I’ve been petsitting, housesitting, and nannying for over 10 years, and have cared for dogs of all ages and needs, as well as a few cats, birds, and other critters! I love to walk and live just around the corner from a few dog parks, so making sure your pal gets enough exercise and socialization will never be a problem! I have a flexible schedule and a low-key job right here in the city with days off during the typical work week. I walk at least an hour every morning and night with my one-year-old pup who loves other dogs. Apt is doggy-proofed (no wires, toxic plants or small choking hazards around for them to get at). I can easily crate your pup if need be and have a lot of toys for them to play with. I am actively training a 1-year-old rescue who is very well behaved.
