When my husband and I adopted our dog, Luna, from Derby City Dog Rescue, most of our friends didnt have experience being around pitbulls and some were hesitant or curious about her. Kayla (and her husband Tyler) were so gentle and loving to her right off the bat and helped her feel safe and secure in our home. Whenever they come over, Kayla always makes a point to greet Luna on her level and give her lots of pets! She and Tyler have been the BEST dog-loving neighbors by feeding and/or letting our girl out if my husband and I are at work for several hours at a time.
