“Emily was fantastic! I had to use Rover for the first time due to a family emergency that required me to travel four hours away from home, and she made the whole experience so much easier. Even though she had never met my dogs before, she followed all of my instructions, kept me updated the entire time, and sent plenty of photos so I knew they were doing well. She spent the full amount of time with them, sat with them, cared for them, and truly gave me peace of mind while I was away. I would 100% use Emily again. She is now my go-to Rover sitter anytime we go out of town or have a vacation planned. She is attentive, respectful, sweet, and did such a great job with my dogs. I highly recommend her!”

About: I am very passionate about giving a pet their best life by taking them to experience new places and things because the world is beautiful and I love showing them pieces of it that I may take for granted. Being raised in a pet family, I learned lots of skills that I use in my day to day life like responsibility, integrity, loyalty, patience, and kindness. I grew up with a Golden Retriever, Husky, and American Eskimo. I loved and cared for all of them, while growing confident in my skills of: teaching tricks, bathing them, cleaning up messes, playing with them, walking them, taking them out to go potty, feeding them, grooming them, and loving on them. I cannot wait to have the opportunity of meeting more cute dogs in the future! I currently work a flexible full time job during Monday-Friday. I am always off for the evenings and have breaks in between seeing clients as well throughout the day. I am off for weekends and typically available, unless there are prior plans that I've committed to. I ensure that all pet needs are met and check on the pet at least 3x time a day (subject to change depending on the owners preferences). I take them out to go potty, I feed them food and water, and I take them on at least one walk per day. I will spend a portion of time playing with them and giving them attention to ensure they feel loved. If I am watching them during the weekend, I will take them to a park and to grab a pup cup, with the owners permission. If they get dirty or leave a mess, I will make sure to clean them up and the mess up as well. Overall, I want the owner to come back to a stress-free home and to a healthy & happy pet!

Growing up surrounded by animals taught me so much, and today I’m a proud pet parent to a full house of two dogs and three cats. I have extensive experience caring for pets at every life stage, from the playful "zoomie" phase of kittens and puppies to the gentle, specialized care required by seniors. My background even extends to farm animals, so I’m comfortable with a wide variety of personalities and needs. I’ve long been the go-to pet sitter for my family whenever they head out of town, and I’d love to bring that same level of dedicated, reliable care to your fur babies! I am in between jobs right now and have full availability for whatever you may need for you and your fur babies! . . . I live in an apartment, and I care for my dog by walking him daily, going to the dog park, or going to my moms house to swim and play with her dogs. My cats have many toys to play with and scratch on. I allow my dog to do as he pleases, I only crate him on occasion when I leave.
