About: I currently have a bloodhound and 4 cats, as well as a foster dog. My had my last dog for 15 years, so I am very experienced in senior dog care. Old doggos have a special place in my heart. I am self employed so I have a fairly flexible schedule so I can usually work around anything that might be needed or come up. I have a fenced in yard as well as a doggie door so dogs have constant access to the back yard. I also walk dogs 1-2 times a day.

About: I have taken care of dogs and cats for many years for family & friends. I love dogs and know they are more than a pet they are family with the biggest hearts and unconditional love. I enjoy spending time with dogs and taking care of their needs. I currently have a traditional day job. I am available to walk/sit for dogs on the weekends. I can pet sit during the week if your dog is crate trained. I have a little dog, Prince, who can be sassy but is a big mama’s boy. I live on several acres with lots of woods to run around in. The yard is not fenced.

About: I have cared for dogs and cats for as long as I can remember. Before I was 8, I had two amazing dogs and three precious and crazy cats. Since then (almost 20 years), I have cared for so many wonderful animals, from my own pets to professionally caring for dogs and cats through sitting and through dog walking. I love dogs of all size, and have experience caring for dogs as small as chihuahuas and dachshunds, to large labs, retrievers, doodles, mastiffs, and pitbulls. I've cared for puppies all the way to senior pups, including sick pets who I've administered medications to and prepared specialized diets for, including my own sweet pup who fought cancer several years ago. I have also fostered dogs with medical needs who were not able do well in shelter due to their conditions. I'm totally comfortable with multi pet homes. I love animals so much and treat each animal as if they're my own beloved pet. Nothing makes me happier than caring for animals and making them feel safe, happy, healthy, and loved. My work schedule changes week to week, but for the most part I make my own schedule and have flexibility to take as many breaks as possible in between appointments. I generally work more in the late afternoons and evenings, and my mornings especially are often completely free. Weekends are also free with enough notice! At this time I offer pet sitting services at the pet owners home, as well as additionally offering dog walking, and/or pet care drop ins throughout the day.
About: I love to hang out with animals and be of use! I know what it’s like to be stressed about leaving your fur babies and would love to grant some people more peace of mind! I am typically available on weekends and am happy to accommodate on weekdays with proper notice! I have two dogs and a cat and have plenty of experience with animal care! About: I used to volunteer at a local animal shelter. I took a course on animal handling, how to decrease frustration, anxiety and stress (FAS) for animals in the shelter, body language, how emotional health impacts an animal’s physical health, etc. I have a certificate in keeping a shelter Fear Free. My family and friends have relied on me in the past to dogsit their fur-babies. I have a large extended family with pets of all kinds, from German Shepard’s, Labradors and Cocker Spaniels, to mixed breeds and Tabby cats. Five of them are shelter rescues and one chihuahua-dashscund. For all of the animals I have taken care of, I came to their home so that the animals remained comfortable. I love all of my fur-babies, and I’m thankful that my family trusts me enough to take care of them while they’re away on vacation. Important Note: If you’re wanting to do more “meet and greets” after the first one in order for your pet to get more comfortable around me, I will be charging the same price as it would be for a drop-in (about $15 depending on the pet care). Another Important Note: I can give oral medication by putting it into their food. I can not, however, give it to the pet straight. My work schedule varies every week. However, I usually work from either 8:30 AM or 10 AM to 4 or 5 PM. I wouldn’t mind discussing the details in-person. My living situation does not allow me to petsit in my own home, however, I am able to petsit in my clients’ homes. When it comes to animals, I am very responsible. I take my job as a pet-sitter very seriously. I am able to give them any medications if needed at certain days and times, walk them, feed them, etc.

Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
