“This is the second time I’ve hired Journey to take care of my kitties and she did not disappoint! She is always on time and really pays attention to all my notes, which can be a lot. She takes great pictures and always leaves notes for me after each visit.”

About: I have taken care of pets my whole life. Starting from a young age I would walk the neighbors dog and house sit. I’ve worked with training puppies and adolescent dogs. Puppies to seniors, I love them all!!! . Hanging out, walking or watching your fur baby will fall easily into our everyday life. My boys and I go to the dog park twice a day for energy release! My apartment is puppy proofed! Walks always on a leash, in case a yard is not available. Couch and bed sleeping is fine with me if it helps make everyone comfortable. If I go to a clients home, I hold the upmost respect for the property.
“We love Zoey! She is a very professional animal enthusiast, and always sends us updates and pictures. We have rebooked her, will continue to work with her, and would recommend her in a heartbeat!”

“Bonnie was so sweet to our baby girl! She was very consistent and made sure we had plenty of photos and videos plus updates on her behavior. She definitely took a lot of the worry out of leaving our girl at home for a week!! I highly recommend 😀”

“It was evident when we first met her, JaNiya is an animal lover. She’s knowledgeable about animals and their needs. She was patient with our scaredy cat and let her slowly get used to the new human in the house. JaNiya is very kind and she was respectful of our home. We will definitely request her to housesit/cat sit for us again.”

About: i have always had pets and i make sure to care for them as if they are my own kid they mean the world to mean and i have a dog of my own and shes spoiled rotten. Since I have a dog, taking care of her everyday and fulfilling her needs like bathing, feeding, watering and letting her out to use the bathroom and just making sure I spend as much time with her as I can my dog enjoys going outside and playing with my moms puppie but other then that she sleeps in my bed, i leave a bowl of dog food and water out so she can get to it whenever and shes always getting loved because i have a basset and she has to have constant attention shes the highlight of my life and i aint kidding when i say shes basically my kid
“My first time using Rover I didn’t know what to expect having a stranger stay in our home with our kitty. Shelby was so friendly and sweet and sent updates, our kitty loved her! I will definitely rebook with Shelby again! Can’t say thank you enough for such an awesome job. ❤️🐱”

About: Like many people, we’ve had dogs in our family since I was little. I was gifted my first “big girl dog” when I was 22, and I haven’t looked back - I now have 3! I’m a huge fan of holistic dog food/bones/treats - the cleaner the food, the simpler the treats, the better! I’m always looking for ways to enrich my dogs as well, with puzzle toys, wobble feeders, dog training classes, etc. I do have some experience with senior dogs, as our family dog needed quite a bit of care in her last years, and I’m comfortable with puppies and their trainings, as we’ve gotten/adopted all of our dogs as puppies. I’m currently working from home, so I’ll have plenty of time to play with your pets and give them potty breaks! I have three dogs of my own who love to make new friends. It’s very easy to have them out and about in the apartment while I work. I’ll do whatever makes your pet feel safest and at home. I’m a big fan of crates, as in my experience that helps the pets I watch feel like they have their own little piece of home to go lay in. If they don’t do crates, that’s totally fine! Dogs are allowed on my furniture. I’ve had family friends give me their dogs’ blankets to sleep on and that works just as well. Everyone is fed in their own spaces to avoid any spats over food. I do have the option of feeding in a totally separate room if eating in the same room as others is too overwhelming. We do 2-3 potty breaks throughout the morning/afternoon, and we do an hour to two hour play time in the evening when it’s cooler at the apartment dog park. We like the apartment dog park because it’s usually just us in there!
“Kiara was available for us when our pet sitter quit last minute. We were across the country, and Kiara help ease the stress. We were having to have a friend help but thankfully Kiara was available to take over last minute the next morning. She made sure our dogs were taken care of sent adorable photos. She was thoughtful and always considered their well being. We would definitely use Kiara again!”
