About: I have taken care of pets my whole life. Starting from a young age I would walk the neighbors dog and house sit. I’ve worked with training puppies and adolescent dogs. Puppies to seniors, I love them all!!! . Hanging out, walking or watching your fur baby will fall easily into our everyday life. My boys and I go to the dog park twice a day for energy release! My apartment is puppy proofed! Walks always on a leash, in case a yard is not available. Couch and bed sleeping is fine with me if it helps make everyone comfortable. If I go to a clients home, I hold the upmost respect for the property.

So my schedule is very flexible this summer. I am taking summer classes at UTC on Monday and Wednesday from around 9am-2pm!! I have my own dog, a 9 month old golden doodle, and he is my whole life! And with my schedule I am able to give him all the playtime and care he needs, and I’ll do the same for your animals!! I have a fenced in yard at my house that I let my baby run around it! I also take him on walks, to the dog park, and on hikes for him to get some fresh air! For your animal, I can fill whatever accommodations you need me to, whether that be walking the animal, putting him in the crate, or whatever else you may have in mind!

I’ve watched my friends’, family’s, and neighbor’s animals with great attention. I’ve taken care of service dogs, sick pets, disabled pets, and pets who need a lot of attention in addition to the more low-maintenance furry friends. My passion is to help all animals live their happiest and healthiest lives while their best friend’s are away. I am moving to Chattanooga at the end of August and would love to be a friend and companion to your pet. My schedule is very flexible, and I can easily prioritize your needs. I am happy to follow a strict routine for your pets. If they have a special diet, medication schedule, walking schedule, or play time, I will happily work with that. I know how important it is to have someone actually follow your requests, so feel free to call me or text me any time you want photos or videos of your pet while they’re in my care.

“Rachel is a great sitter. I left my pup with her on two occasions - once for a weekend and another for an 8 day trip. She did an amazing job with her and I could tell my dog had a great time. She sends daily updates and photos which is greatly appreciated. More importantly Rachel is super understanding and was able to be flexible with me when my return flight was delayed and cancelled. I will definitely keep using her as my sitter anytime we go out of town - 10/10 would recommend!”
“I hesitate to leave a review, honestly, because I don’t want more people taking up all of Amber’s availability! She really helped me out of a jam—two jams, actually—when she accepted my last-minute booking (like, basically 24 hours notice) when my other sitter canceled for an emergency, AND she VERY generously agreed to watch my dog for an extra night when I was stuck overnight at a the airport. Amber shared daily photos and videos and other updates. She’s both proactive and quickly responsive. Will happily trust her to watch my pup anytime. But for my sake, please just…find someone else 🙏🏻”
