“I’ve had a great experience with Ronit so far! She came to our house for an initial meet and greet so she could get to know Rooney and make sure it was a good fit. Rooney can be a little territorial with new people in the house, and I really appreciated how calm and patient she was with him. She let him investigate her and get comfortable before trying to interact with him and never rushed him. When she came back for his first walk the following week, everything went great! She said Rooney was a very good boy, and he seems to have accepted her already. 😊 It gives me a lot of peace of mind knowing he’s with someone who understands dogs and took the time to earn his trust. About: Hi! My name is Rosie and I have been caring for pets for friends, neighbors, and families for many years. I have experience with dogs of all sizes, ages, and personalities. I’m comfortable with feeding, walks, playtime, overnight stays, and giving pets the attention and care they deserve while their owners are away. Outside of pet sitting, I have years of babysitting experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Seton Hall University, and I am currently in nursing school. My background has taught me responsibility, patience, and attention to detail. I’m dependable, caring, and will treat your pets like they are my own. I am currently available all summer with a very flexible schedule and would love to help care for your pets while you’re away on vacations, working long hours, or just need an extra helping hand. I’m available for boarding, daycare, and walks, and I structure my day around the pets in my care to ensure they receive regular potty breaks, playtime, and companionship. Your dog won’t be left alone for long periods and will get plenty of interaction and affection. When pets stay in my home, they become part of the family. I provide a calm, cozy environment where they’re free to relax, play, and feel comfortable. All outdoor time is fully supervised and on-leash to ensure safety at all times. Walks, potty breaks, and fresh air are built into the daily routine. I also have a friendly dog at home who genuinely loves the company of other dogs. I always prioritize safe, positive introductions and monitor interactions to make sure everyone feels comfortable. If your pup prefers space or slower socialization, I can easily adjust to meet their needs. In a client’s home, I follow your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible — including feeding schedules, walks, medications, and favorite habits — so they feel secure in their own environment. About: My friends and family call me Tom Care-a-lot, Tom the Mom, and The Dog Whisperer. I am often told I am too nice, but sometimes kindness and patience can be what someone needs to be a good caregiver. I have worked at East Memphis Pet Hospital & Resort as a Daycare and Kennel worker, and occasionally perform Vet Tech duties such as administering medication, which has taught me a lot about caring for multiple dogs and adapting to each dogs' individual needs. I have also worked for GoDog West Nashville and Morris Animal Inn. To be responsible for another life sometimes means that you have to be flexible, I understand if something comes up last minute, it happens; I will be as flexible as you and your dogs' needs. Your dog will be in good-hearted, caring hands while you are doing what you need to do. Your dogs and their home will be safe, you can leave it to me. I will respond to booking requests with 12-24 hours if not immediately. If something doesn’t work in my schedule I will let you know ahead of time unless there is an emergency. I work Freelance from home (remote), so my hours are flexible. I have obligations with other people and clients but I will make any booking done through the app, if they are accepted and scheduled. Failure to contact about a booking before service will result in a cancellation and YOU will be charged a cancellation fee and will take all responsibility for your pet(s). I treat them with respect, I will not hit or discipline them physically, if you instruct me to do so I will decline and cancel the stay or appointment. I do not tolerate abuse or neglect. I will clean up if they have an accident and my motto is to “leave the house roughly in the same state you came/found it in”. I will use your amenities like washer/dryer/sink/shower/dishwasher if I am staying multiple days or overnight. I will do my best to clean up after myself but I cannot conform to all expectations of perfection. Make sure there are no illegal drugs or weapons in the residence (weapons must be away and sealed in a secure location, if any are in the residence) failure to comply with this will result in an immediate cancellation and it will be on YOU.
