About: My friends and family call me Tom Care-a-lot, Tom the Mom, and The Dog Whisperer. I am often told I am too nice, but sometimes kindness and patience can be what someone needs to be a good caregiver. I have worked at East Memphis Pet Hospital & Resort as a Daycare and Kennel worker, and occasionally perform Vet Tech duties such as administering medication, which has taught me a lot about caring for multiple dogs and adapting to each dogs' individual needs. I have also worked for GoDog West Nashville and Morris Animal Inn. To be responsible for another life sometimes means that you have to be flexible, I understand if something comes up last minute, it happens; I will be as flexible as you and your dogs' needs. Your dog will be in good-hearted, caring hands while you are doing what you need to do. Your dogs and their home will be safe, you can leave it to me. I will respond to booking requests with 12-24 hours if not immediately. If something doesn’t work in my schedule I will let you know ahead of time unless there is an emergency. I work Freelance from home (remote), so my hours are flexible. I have obligations with other people and clients but I will make any booking done through the app, if they are accepted and scheduled. Failure to contact about a booking before service will result in a cancellation and YOU will be charged a cancellation fee and will take all responsibility for your pet(s). I treat them with respect, I will not hit or discipline them physically, if you instruct me to do so I will decline and cancel the stay or appointment. I do not tolerate abuse or neglect. I will clean up if they have an accident and my motto is to “leave the house roughly in the same state you came/found it in”. I will use your amenities like washer/dryer/sink/shower/dishwasher if I am staying multiple days or overnight. I will do my best to clean up after myself but I cannot conform to all expectations of perfection. Make sure there are no illegal drugs or weapons in the residence (weapons must be away and sealed in a secure location, if any are in the residence) failure to comply with this will result in an immediate cancellation and it will be on YOU.

Rooney can be a little territorial with new people in the house, and I really appreciated how calm and patient she was with him. She let him investigate her and get comfortable before trying to interact with him and never rushed him. When she came back for his first walk the following week, everything went great! About: I've always loved animals and used to volunteer at an animal shelter when I was younger. I also got my first dog 10 years ago--she is my best friend and I love her more than anything :) I'm responsible for grooming, feeding, and walking her, plus regular check ups to make sure she's healthy. My favorite thing to do though is playing with her and cuddling! In regard to my schedule, I am currently working full time from 9-5pm, Monday through Friday. Any other times outside of that window I am available! I am also going on vacation from August 8 to August 15. Since I am a pet owner myself, I am able to take care of your pet(s) in any way needed. About: Since I was born, I’ve always had dogs! Over my life, I’ve had seven dogs of my own. I currently have 3 large dogs, one medium. Since I was ten, me and my family have been fostering dozens of dogs of all different kinds! Newborn puppies, seniors, and every puppy in between.
