Great service. He was prompt and extremely helpful. Did extra little tasks like bringing in the trash and watering plants … appreciated that a lot. Always sent pictures of our doggies.. The dogs loved him. Would highly recommend.

Jordan was absolutely great! We were in need of some help rather last minute and she was very responsive and happy to help. It was clear from the photos, and when we got home, that our pup was very well taken care of. We will definitely be contacting her again as it is so nice to have someone in the area that you can trust.

Sarah was excellent with Chase. She followed his routine carefully, communicated clearly, and handled everything with confidence. Chase is a senior tripod and needs a bit of extra support, and she managed his let‑outs, feeding, medications, and mobility needs without any issues. We had an unexpected power outage during our booking, and Sarah immediately stepped in with solutions to keep Chase safe and comfortable. She was flexible, dependable, and proactive throughout the entire situation. Chase was well cared for, and we felt completely at ease knowing he was with her. We will absolutely book with her again. Highly recommend.

I’m patient, dependable, and always attentive to the unique needs of each pet. You can count on me to follow your instructions closely, send regular updates, and treat your pet like family. I’m here to give you peace of mind while you’re away and make your pet’s day brighter. Let’s set up a meet and greet—I’d love to connect with you and your four-legged best friend! My house is clean, calm, and organized—ideal for pets who need a quiet, stress-free environment. I tailor care to each pet’s unique needs, whether that means long walks, playtime, medication, or just cuddles and companionship. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I aim to maintain their normal routine as closely as possible to help them feel secure and comfortable while you're away.

About: I’ve always had a pet in my house! I cared for my mother’s dog full-time during long recovery from back surgery! I have always had deep connections to animals and am patient but eager to gain their trust. I have accommodated for a wide range of furry personalities and I am excited to meet more animals over the summer. I am a college student home from campus all summer so I’m looking forward to spending some time in the sun getting some energy out with your pets! I am available Monday-Friday though weekends may vary! I can accommodate for a variety of environments. I have played with a group of dogs in a wide fenced in yard, as well as taking them to the dog park. I have a large fenced in yard with a deck to soak up the sun and get our sillies out. I also have a scenic park at the end of my cul-de-sac perfect for stimulation! I am happy to utilize whatever accessories and environments you find most suitable and comfortable for your pet! I am comfortable dressing your dogs in their harness and leash with ease and engaging in their favorite locations to explore!

About: Im 30 years old, the youngest of three boys. I am a former athlete and current student at RVCC studying dietetics. Growing up we had two golden retrievers( both females so my mom wasn’t alone in that regard). With our first dog Shannon me and my brothers all shared the responsibility of taking care of. After Shannon had passed we felt that there was a void in the family that needed to be filled. That’s when kiely our second golden joined the family. Now at this time both my brothers were out of the house. The responsibilities of taking care of kiely fell upon me and I was more than happy to uphold them. I know of many parks and trails around this area that are perfect for dogs as well. I am currently working for my mother as an assistant of sorts in her dietetics practice. The hours are flexible so I'll be there for whatever you or your furry friend need. I am easygoing and adaptable. Whatever specifications you layout and accommodations you require, I will oblige. Dogs are a part of the family as thus should be treated so. Whether old or young, sick or healthy, just as you would, I will passionately care for your dog.

From the reports and Rover card photos Izzy really enjoyed Emma's company, and despite being a shy cat, he came out and let her brush him right away. She made me feel comfortable leaving Izzy in someone else's care for the first time. I will definitely book her for my next trip, if she's available.

About: I have experience caring for dogs of different sizes, ages, and energy levels, and I always adjust to their routine to keep them comfortable and happy. I’m attentive, patient, and pay close attention to their behavior and needs. I make sure dogs get the exercise they need through walks and playtime, while also giving them lots of attention and affection so they feel safe and cared for. I also used to work at a puppy kennel & pet shop so I know how to take care of energetic puppies! I am available everyday of the week and weekend except for Sundays and days I have doctor appointments. I also cannot watch over a pet if it is on Christmas, Easter or Thanksgiving, but any other time I’ll gladly watch them for you! :) In your home I will make sure to clean up after any messes your little furbabys make and I’ll always be respectful of your house. I will also make sure they have food, and that they have my attention while I’m there!

Mary Ann recently cared for our two cats for the second time. Once again, we were thoroughly impressed with her service. She is incredibly attentive to our cats' needs and shows great care during her time with them. In addition to her care for our pets, she is very respectful of our home and consistently responsive in her communication. We truly appreciate her reliability and the peace of mind she provides while we are away.

Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.

House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.

Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.

If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Potterstown. On Rover:

  • 91% of sitters can help with special care needs
  • 94% can help with giving oral medications or injections
  • 97% can help with daily exercise

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
