“Hannah was wonderful. She was able to work around my changing schedule. I will be sure to use her again in the future. Shared a picture of the dogs. Thanks again for everything!”

Haley P.

“Haley does drop-in visits three times a week for my 2 dogs and puppy. She’s absolutely amazing, and I completely trust her with all of them! Even though the drop-ins are only 30 minutes, she makes sure that the puppy is fed, all the dogs have water, and that they all get time to play in the yard. I love knowing that there is someone to give them attention while I’m stuck at work! She’s particularly great with my 4-month-old border collie puppy! My puppy is very high energy, but Haley is great with her, and even practices commands with her to work on her training! Overall, I would recommend Haley to anyone! She’s been so communicative and helpful, and sends me detailed updates every time she checks on the dogs. She’s been wonderful so far, and I will continue to use her services for as long as I can.”

“We can't say enough about how wonderful Rachel is! Such an awesome person and caregiver that will send you all of the updates and pictures of your babies, which makes being apart from them a little bit easier. We always know they are well taken care of and happy 😊”

Tory C.
“Tory is a kind and gentle person. She has pets of her own, and cat and a dog, and they are always well cared for. My family has trusted her with our pets while on vacation, and they are a handful! We have 2 dogs, 2 cats, and a bird. She listened to our care instructions and followed them to a tee. We came home to find all our friends happy and healthy. She kept their bowls full, the litter boxes clean, and kept our pets company in our absence. She even went above and beyond by cleaning the birds cage while we were away. We were very happy with her and I think you will be too!”

About: Growing up in Port Angeles near the Olympic National Park, I have always had a strong love for animals. I received my Bachelor’s degree in wildlife biology so that I could work towards preserving threatened or endangered species. Through internships, volunteering, work experience, and personal experience, I’ve cared for a variety of species including cats, dogs, amphibians, reptiles, beavers, big cats, and wolf-dogs. I have 1.5 years experience working as a cat caregiver at a no-kill nonprofit animal rescue. During my time as a caregiver, I worked with special needs cats, senior cats, and kittens. I have two cats and a large breed dog of my own. I also volunteer with Peninsula Friends of Animals and Blue Mountain Wolves Sanctuary periodically. At my current job, I work Monday-Thursday, 7-5:30. I have September 7th-October 1st off, however, as my position is seasonal. I would prefer to conduct a meet and greet with both you and your animal present prior to caring for them in order to help establish their trust. I will happily take your dog(s) for 30 minute walks around your neighborhood, and I will pick up any excrement during walks as well. For in home visits, if I am letting your dog out to go potty, I will make sure that it is only within a fenced area that your dog cannot jump, or that your dog is on a leash. I am also a firm advocate for indoor-only cats and I am careful to not let your cats outside when I enter or exit your home. I have experience feeding pets dry food, wet food, prescription diets, and raw food diets, and will be more than happy to keep your pet on their regular meal regiment while you are gone as I understand the importance of an established routine for animals. I also have experience with medicating cats such as giving them eye drops, ear drops, pills, liquid oral medications, and subcutaneous fluids. Lastly, I’ll make sure that everyone always has fresh water.

Jessica R.
“Jessica has always had pets. She was raised with cats, dogs and horses. all of which she helped care for. She is very responsible and has a calm demeaner. She is caring and would care for these pets as if they were her own. I believe that she would do well and the pets left in her care, would be safe and cared for while she had them.”

Stacy H.

“Stacy spent extra time at the visits to get to know our dogs better since this was her first time to drop ins. We'll use her again.”

Audra C.
“Audra is not only a caring and compassionate person with people, she is as equally loving with all animals. She has helped me care for and walk my dogs several times, I trust her with my fur-babies absolutely.”

About: Since I was young I've helped take care of a variety of critters. Everything from horses, chickens, hedgehogs, insects, dogs to cats. I often help neighbors with their pets when they head out of town. Even some plant sitting!! I do work in insurance full time (pet insurance) and do pet portraits on the side. I'm an early riser due to having chickens so I could easily drop in on pets in the mornings. Also am happy to use my lunch break or stop by after work. I'm great for a pet who needs checked in on from time to time. I can feed and/or medicate. I've wrapped bandages on horses. I could even let your chickens out to free range in the morning and put them to bed in the evening. I have experience with fermenting chicken feed as well if that's the preferred feed method.

About: I'm a reliable, compassionate dog walker and petsitter who takes a personalized approach to each pet. I love taking dogs on walks and hikes to help them enrich their daily lives and get exercise. I have over a decade of experience working with pets as a professional dog walker and daycare attendant. Fun fact - I've also worked with rodents, birds (including raptors), amphibians, and reptiles. Animal welfare is one of the most important values to me. I can provide specialized care to dogs of all ages and states of health. I advocate for doggy daycare and boarding because it provides a comfortable, familiar environment for your dog and that's less stress than kennel-boarding. As a bonus, I like to take dogs on pet-friendly hikes around our area for standard walks or during stays. I look forward to getting to know you and your four-legged family members! Contact me if you'd like to learn more. Currently only available for weekend and holiday pet care. So get it touch if you’re going on an adventure but have to leave your pets behind!

Miranda J.
“Any dog would be lucky to have Miranda looking after them! She is super responsible and caring. She always takes her pups on walks and trips to fun places. Places better than the dog park. She gives lots of love and scratches the whole time too. Honestly her dogs live a better life than me since she gives them only the best of everything and all the attention in the world. She’s also very reliable and has great communication skills. I’d leave my dogs with her in a heartbeat and rest easy knowing they are in the best hands possible. Miranda would be a perfect fit for Rover!”

Keane M.

“Keane was AMAZING with my dogs. He's polite and respectful of my home and did such a wonderful job taking care of my babies. I'm that dog mom who is panicked about everything because they're my world. Keane honored that and worked to make sure they were comfortable and had what they needed. I highly recommend him.”
