“Giselle is a wonderful cat sitter and house sitter. My kitties absolutely love her and she takes really good care of them while we're away. We get great updates and she leaves the house spotless.”

About: I’ve been a dog lover for as long as I can remember! I grew up with a mom who worked in the Richmond Animal Shelter & a house full of adopted animals. From my sisters spoiled Pibble baby to my neighbors sweet little Yorkie, I’ve been their go to sitter/walker to watch their babies because they know I’ll love on them like my own fur babies 💕 I love to do Meet & Greets prior to your baby’s walk/drop-in if feasible. Coko & I are available Saturdays & Sundays for Meet & Greets! I am a mom of 3 & we have a Shih-poo named Coko. My babies have all grown up around family dogs and understand to be gentle with fur babies. Our neighborhood is very dog friendly so I’m sure we’ll meet a friend or two on ours walks.

“Caitlin stayed overnight with our pup for the first time recently, and she was fantastic. She provided updates and lots of pictures throughout her stay, kept him on his routine, and administered a couple of short-term medications (including eye drops). Our plans changed slightly in terms of when we would be returning home and she was able to stay a couple hours later than originally anticipated which was super helpful. She took really good care of our pup, and when we got home, he was really happy and energetic - it was clear he had had a great time with his new friend! We will happily reach out to Caitlin again in the future!”

“Lindsay was a life saver taking care of my Bambino on such short notice. She was super responsive with check ins and our dog loved her!”

“The.Best. Conscientious, caring, reliable, personable, smart, responsive. Our quirky German shepherd was very happy and both she and our house were well cared for.”

“Joi was an amazing sitter. Our dog had a health emergency while we were away and she handled it calmly and with great care. She kept us informed and kept our baby safe. It involved spending hours in the vet emergency room and then monitoring the patient every two hours. We are so grateful for her calm and caring.”

“Hollie is great! She keeps me updated and I can tell she cares about my animals. My house is always exactly as I left it. I will definitely continue to hire her!”

“After a few negative experiences with other sitters on Rover were so relieved to have found Kathleen. She was amazing with our pup, a great communicator and we returned home to a clean house and happy dog. We’ll certainly request to use her again!”

“For the first time in 3 years we were able to take a trip without being stressed the entire time thinking about how our dogs were doing. Lynne sent updates and photos daily. Our dogs loved her. She followed all of our instructions and schedule.”

“Sarah did an excellent job watching Rooney, including administering oral medication and injections. She sent lots of picture updates, which I appreciated. Highly recommend.”

“Kathryn was super flexible with our changing schedule and was awesome about sending plenty of updates! The house was left in perfect condition. I will definitely be a repeat client!”

“Kiera was wonderful with our two elderly dogs and senior cat. She administered meds, catered to their individual needs, and sent daily pics. My chihuahua mix is wary with strangers but was cuddling with Kiera in no time. Kiera even brought mealworms to feed our Venus flytrap plant -- which was starving since I only gave it water. She also went above and beyond her duties by helping with a bit of a family emergency involving our travel plans. When we returned from our trip, the house was in good order and the animals were relaxed and happy. She as also prompt, communicative, and professional. We highly recommend Kiera.”

“Paula did an amazing job watching our ol’ beagle! She kept the house clean and was sure to send lots of updates. We will for sure be using Paula for all our dog sitting needs in the future.”

“Rachel was fantastic with our pets!! She sent numerous pics and was always extremely communicative of her schedule. We’ll definitely be using her again!”

About: Hello! We are a spousal team looking to assist with care of your furry friends! What you will receive from us: -One person available at all times! -Combined pet experience of 30+ years, all ages particularly seniors as well! One of us has worked for veterinary services specializing in boarding care for 8 years through out schooling -We will ensure your home is left in the condition we received with minimal housekeeping (will take trash out and clean up any pet accidents they may have due to medical conditions. Additional requests can be discussed with or without additional pricing) -Our commitment is to ensure your pets safety, emotionally and physically as if they are our own -Regular updates will be provided streamlining communication -We choose Rover over other traditional “2nd jobs”, because we want to enjoy the work we do! Looking forward to meeting you and your fur babies! We both have full-time jobs, however, remotely!! This allows one person at all times to care for your pets, during most hours! Our personal break(s) will be scheduled based on both client and provider agreed upon schedules. For example: after evening pet care, there will be a 2-4 hour provider break for dinner and family time before returning for overnight care. Due to the fact we already have pets, all care will be provided at your home. If your dog weighs more than 85 pounds, we required dogs to be leashed trained and/or with a “no pull” dog harness for the safety of your pet and care taker. Meaning, dogs that continually pull excessively while on leash, will either receive short potty breaks, or only “fenced-in” activities. This will be agreed upon at initial encounter. We understand the need to burn off energy! We want to keep everyone safe while we strive to keep the routine as close to yours as much as possible.

“David saved a family weekend getaway when issues with a previous booking caused us to cancel them, but David answered our call at the last minute and saved the day. David was kind and polite and very easy going. Our dogs and cats seemed well taken care of and we enjoyed our weekend away knowing they were in good hands. No issues with David at all, would certainly book again.”

Whether at home or in the hands of a doctor, there's little Shulamit wouldn't do for her cats. Sam is the same way. His puppy just passed away recently. Tender age of 15. It'll be good for him to be around other pets.”
