My Leah always takes some time getting comfortable with people. That said, Le’Yana listened and used all my tricks and suggestions to help Leah become at ease with her visits. I can always tell when Leah is happy with her visit by her behavior when I get home…and Leah is happy! Le’Yana has been a joy and I receive lots of pics and updates🙂

Room for improvement: Le’Yana was immediate to respond to our booking request. She was very kind and attentive during the meet & greet. She was made aware and given a copy of our pets schedules and we requested visit updates w/ photos. However, after booking with her, the prompt and proactive communication stopped. I had to initiate communication during the first 3 visits of her caring for our pets (other pet sitters have texted when they are OTW or when they are at the residence). While our pets are pretty easy going, I requested for them to be checked on around every 8 hours, but NEVER past 10 hours. Le’Yana “overslept” and our pets were not checked on for 12 hours. After expressing our concerns, Le’Yana was more attentive to their schedule and became more diligent in her communication. She walked our dogs, made sure to play with our energetic dog, and was very nice towards our cats. Le’Yana was nice and provided the care needed for our pets, just not initially with the attentiveness as we agreed upon.
