“Jessica did an amazing job taking care of our cat, Hobbes. Although Hobbes is timid and probably never showed his face, Jessica came twice a day as planned and fed him according to instructions. We appreciated her commitment and promise to care for Hobbes as expected. She is trustworthy, kind, and professional. We will ask for her again in the future.”

About: 15 years of rescue experience, 2 years of animal shelter experience, and 3 years of Veterinary Assistant experience at a companion and exotic pet hospital. I am comfortable with every size pet and capable of adapting to their needs. I can administer medication and I am more than happy to tailor care to your pets needs, as well as work with them on whatever training regime you may have for them. I am also comfortable working with exotic pets and I am happy to feed and care for them as well. Animals big and small, feathered or furred, I am your girl! I am currently a student doing an online course program, so my schedule is very flexible. I am happy to tailor the schedule to your pets needs. Weekends, weekdays, holidays, no problem! I offer in your home sitting for your animals, or multiple drop ins per day while you are gone. The experience is totally customized by you. We can curate a schedule that involves walks, activities, enrichment, etc... if you prefer your animals to be crated at night, I can do that! If I am staying in your home and they prefer to cuddle, that's great too!
“Rin was great! She sent great photos of my kitty, and gave a detailed report, which helped me feel at ease about leaving her. Will definitely be reaching back out next time I leave town!”

“Robyn is amazing! She went above and beyond, took excellent care of our cat Muffin! She updated me right away and sent pictures. She has a lot of knowledge and experience with cats and she even took my packages inside. I’ll absolutely book her again in the future and I’m so glad to have found her as our cat sitter! Thank you!”

About: Animals are my passion making them happy wanted and comfortable is my goal while away from home and give there owners peace of mind knowing there in good hands. I volunteer at local animal shelter but I don't do it all day so I can still make time to spend with your furry pet friend I prefer to take care of the pets in there on home so they feel more at ease in a familiar environment but parks are always an option too.

About: We have both had animals in our house starting at a young age. Kennith is working on becoming a certified dog trainer and soon will be able to offer that as well. We have our own fur babies that are our pride and joy so we understand the importance of having someone reliable to take care of your pet when you cant. Having animals in our homes has always been a necessity and making sure that we are their last home is always really important to us. We have had cats and dogs of all ages typically raising them up from a kitten/ puppy to full grown dog or cat. Kennith works full time and is working on getting his certificate for training dogs. Destiny works full time as well but has a flexible enough schedule to help when needed We currently are not offering any in home service as we recently adopted a new dog and we are still allowing him to adjust to his surroundings. As for in home sitting we have no problem doing so and will treat your home with the upmost respect. We will treat your home like we hope someone would treat ours. That is your home and what you say goes.
About: I have a very active lab and spend plenty of time outside playing and getting out that energy. I also have had dogs for all my life and I am very relaxed so spending time with dogs at home is my favorite. Im self employed so I make my own schedule! I also have three rambunctious dogs myself so I find myself playing or walking them a lot. I have a fully fenced backyard (6ft tall) and a doggy door. I also stock up regularly on all the nice toys and healthy treats! I also make sure they have water available all the time!
About: I have taken care of dogs for 10+ years. I always make sure they are safe comfortable and happy. Im very patient, loving and caring. I will make sure that your best friends are well taken care of. Im doing this full time so I will have all the time in the world to look after your buddies to play with them and to walk them and to make sure that they are well taken care of. I dont have a fenced yard but I always make sure to keep them on a leash. I also have 2 fun loving dogs that will be able to keep your dogs company. There is also a park nearby that would be a great place for them to go on walks and play. Safety is my number 1, I dont want anything to happen to them.
About: I have been working with animals for over 20 years. I have worked in the veterinary field as a technician so I can administer medicine orally and by injection. I have also worked with exotic animals. The last Vet Clinic I worked at was Alta Animal Hospital. I left so I could be home with my kids. I am currently a stay at home mom for a 16 and 5 year old. So I am fairly flexible to come take care of your fur babies through the day. I am happy to come feed, clean and medicate your animals in your home or even any outside animals. I will spend some time playing and giving your animals attention and loves. Along with monitoring for obvious visual health issues.
“Jaden checked in everyday as scheduled and kept us posted about our pets. Pictures were sent each day. I felt that she was keeping good care of our cats. We had peace of mind knowing she checked twice a day”
About: Growing up I only had one dog. He was a small puggle, never gave any trouble. Now I work at a dog daycare and I’ve learned what it’s like to take care of every kind of dog. Whether it be a high energy Great Dane or a diabetic husky. I’ve grown and learned so much. I’m confident I can give your family a great sitter experience! I work full time Tuesday-Saturday 9am-6pm. During my work days I am available anytime after 6pm for walks or drop in visits. On my days off from work (Sundays and Mondays) I am available all day for walks and drop ins. I don’t care for any dogs in my own home but coming into your home I’ll care for your pets exactly how you would. If you have a kennel you like using I’ll be sure to implement. Or if your pet needs medication/ointments I am willing to help!

About: I’m an experienced dog walker and pet sitter, new to the area and currently accepting new clients with flexible, wide-open availability. Whether your dog wants a slow, sniff-everything stroll or a more active walk, I’m happy to match their vibe. I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes (yes, even the strong pullers 💪) and focus on safe, positive walks with good manners and plenty of time to explore. I’ll treat your pets like my own—with patience, attention, and lots of care. Pet care fits naturally into my routine, and I currently have a flexible schedule with availability on weekdays, weekends, and for overnight stays. I’m able to provide consistent, attentive care throughout the day—whether that’s walks, feedings, playtime, or simply keeping your pet company. I make it a priority to follow your pet’s usual routine as closely as possible so they feel comfortable, secure, and well cared for while you’re away. I provide care in your home so your pets can stay comfortable in their familiar environment and routine. I follow your instructions closely for feeding, walks, medications, and playtime, and take the time to understand your pet’s personality and needs. Whether they’re high-energy or more laid-back, I adjust my approach to what makes them feel most comfortable. I’m very respectful of your home and keep things clean, secure, and as you left them. I’m mindful with doors, gates, and leashes, and always prioritize safety. I also provide regular updates with photos so you can feel confident and connected while you’re away. My goal is simple: to keep your pet relaxed, well cared for, and as stress-free as possible.

Yes, you can find sitters who have experience administering medication or managing dietary requirements. You can also find pet sitters who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and request a Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
