About: (Yes, I am available for the 4th of July week/weekend, so theres no need to have your fur kids alone and scared while you're away!!) I have cared for animals of all kinds since I was little. I have experience with a large range of creatures, from hamsters to horses you name it. I have medical experience handling IV's and Other injection medications. I am CPR trained, and have been CPR certifed, however, certification is not up to date for this year yet. I have nursed two small infant puppies back to health from Parvo through injection Iv's, Handled Ear infections due to Yeast & Earmites, on too many occasions I've cured stray Cats & kittens of worms, as well as many other positive outcomes for Unhealthy Furkids that were lucky to have found my care...Hence why Im very cautious when it comes to any possible exposure to bacteria & possible illness. Over the years i have had many different senerios and challenges arise that I have handled with ease. I have an amazing reputation for animal training, altho ive never been Trainer certified. From Seniors to newborns I always have any animals best interest at heart, they deserve a life better then we can give but I will continue striving to deliver!! I am currently unemployed since recovering from Carpal and Cubital tunnel surgery. So im free all day & week to Check In/Hangout/& Hike with your furry friends!! I personally feel as tho they deserve Treat & Potty breaks all the time, so let me be there for them when you can't. :)♡ I spend all outdoor time monitoring & playing with your fur kids, for both saftey and to keep your kiddos mind active. Constantly engageing through interactions, helps to keep your kids distracted of your absence!! I have two friendly fur kiddo's myself (With Separation Anxiety) that love to help keep your fur babies company. We enjoy bringing activity boards, stimulating toys, and treat puzzles, for your fur kids to engage and activate their smart thinking mind's. It's important to me that we make sure throughout the day we are drinking plenty of water (Especially when out in the Sun) and that I'm listening to ALL of my furry friends needs!!

About: We have both had animals in our house starting at a young age. Kennith is working on becoming a certified dog trainer and soon will be able to offer that as well. We have our own fur babies that are our pride and joy so we understand the importance of having someone reliable to take care of your pet when you cant. Having animals in our homes has always been a necessity and making sure that we are their last home is always really important to us. We have had cats and dogs of all ages typically raising them up from a kitten/ puppy to full grown dog or cat. Kennith works full time and is working on getting his certificate for training dogs. Destiny works full time as well but has a flexible enough schedule to help when needed We currently are not offering any in home service as we recently adopted a new dog and we are still allowing him to adjust to his surroundings. As for in home sitting we have no problem doing so and will treat your home with the upmost respect. We will treat your home like we hope someone would treat ours. That is your home and what you say goes.

About: Hello there, I’m Alyssa🌞🤍 I’ve been caring for pets for several years through pet sitting, fostering, and loving my own fur babies! I have a dog and a cat of my own, so I know just how much our pets mean to us🫂I love keeping pets happy, comfortable, and entertained with lots of attention, playtime, cuddles, and of course, plenty of treats! 🦴🍣 My goal is to make your pets feel right at home while you’re away and give you peace of mind knowing they’re in good hands. I can’t wait to meet new little furry friends☺️ Every day will look a little different depending on your pet and their needs! I’ll keep up with their routine, including meals, fresh water, medical needs, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and lots of love and attention. I’m available most of the time outside of college, which starts in just a few short weeks, but I’m always happy to work around my schedule and your pet’s needs. Especially with only attending school part time! Whether they’re an energetic troublemaker, a professional napper, or a total cuddle bug, I’ll make sure they’re happy, safe, and comfortable while you’re away! 🐈🦮🐾 I’ll care for your pets right in the comfort of their own home! This allows them to stay in a familiar environment with their normal surroundings, routines, and favorite spots while you’re away🐾
About: I have been around dogs my entire life and have been pet sitting since starting college. I've had experience with newborn puppies all the way up to my 11 year-old Brittany Spaniel (the puppies were hers). I generally go for 3-5 mile walks each day so if you have an active dog, we would get along great. I am also into hiking and being outside, so if your dog likes hikes, I may be the sitter for you. I love dogs, really animals in general. Pet sitting and walking is a great way for me to get my dog fix and take care of your best friend as well. I have a pretty flexible job which gives me availability to walk or visit your pets. I try to go for hikes multiple times a week if that is something your dog may like. I also do Nordic skiing in the winter and am happy to bring a well behaved dog with me. I have a flexible schedule which allows me to spend time with your pets and make sure they get the care they deserve. I enjoy being outside and being active with a furry companion.
About: *PLEASE READ FULL BIO BEFORE REQUESTING* I’ve owned both dogs and cats my entire life. My first was an Alaskan malamute, and most recent a Corgi/Terrier mix. Many a different breed, and many a different size. From a grumpy old mini schnauzer to a rambunctious St.Bernard puppy, I’ve seen it all! I’ve cared for chickens, and goats once as well. My partner Dillon and I just adore animals, so this is your warning! Your pet will be spoiled at their new Auntie Rin’s. :) I currently work 4-9 pm every evening, and Sunday’s from 9am-6pm. Your pet MUST be able to be left alone for at least 4 hours. Every pet’s needs are different, but all will be loved as if they were my own. Tell me what you do for them. Do you kennel them while away, are they allowed in your vehicle, what tricks do they know/you would like worked on, where they are/not allowed, etc. They’ll be treated as such. If you do kennel your dog please *BRING KENNEL WITH YOU* If you choose to leave your pet at my house, I choose a slow introduction process with my cat, so as to avoid unnecessary anxiety and complications. They will start off separated, and over time get to know each other. It’s what’s worked best through my experiences, but please talk to me about how your bestie does with other animals. I am an active person, so walks and trips for a pup cup are some of my favourite treats when caring for dogs! Chat with me about your pets medications, and feeding schedules as my work shifts can vary in times.
“I knew we were going to have a good experience when Robyn suggested coming by to meet Annie the day before their first walk. She truly loves animals and you could tell that right away. She communicated well and Annie loved her! And she loved Annie 🙂 Five star service, highly recommend her for all your dog care needs.”

About: I grew up on a farm, and have always loved animals!! Dogs are my favorite, tiny, middle, huge! I love playing with them. I also love cats! I don’t discriminate on breed, all are perfect and I love them! I have a dog, and he likes me pretty well. He also acts like a cat 75% of a time! I love taking walks and going on runs, and would very much enjoy the company of your precious pets! I am most comfortable watching up to 3 at a time. I do have a toddler i would need to bring to check ins, and because of him i can't stay the night somewhere, but I'm available to do check ins at night if needed. Im excited to hear from you all:) This is something I would do with my one year old son, so I'm available anytime before, between, or after his naps! I also work a regular job at night, but can stop in to check on your pet after I get off at midnight. My home doesn't allow overnight pets, but in your home I will be sure to clean up messes that couldn't be prevented, provide plenty of outdoors time, and lots of love!

I also stock up regularly on all the nice toys and healthy treats! I also make sure they have water available all the time!

About: Animals are my passion making them happy wanted and comfortable is my goal while away from home and give there owners peace of mind knowing there in good hands. I volunteer at local animal shelter but I don't do it all day so I can still make time to spend with your furry pet friend I prefer to take care of the pets in there on home so they feel more at ease in a familiar environment but parks are always an option too.
About: For as long as I can remember, dogs have always had a special place in my heart. I’ve always volunteered my spare time at local shelters, vets and to online programs dedicated to helping animals in need. I have personal experience in a veterinary clinic as a vet assistant so know the proper ways to handle different types of breeds and personalities. I also specialize in overwhelming love and attention to all dogs! :) I hope you will give me the opportunity to meet your pup and get to know them! I welcome all dog breeds and their owners. It’s a positive environment, positive vibes! As an online undergraduate student, my flexible schedule allows me to easily fit pet care into my daily and weekly routine. Since I manage my own coursework, I can dedicate time throughout the day for feeding, play, walks, and companionship, ensuring pets get the consistent attention and care they need. I do my best to ensure the safety of pets while in my care! To do this, I make careful observations of any given environment and proceed based on the surroundings, personalities, and needs of your fur babies!
About: I have taken care of dogs, cats, and horses in the past 20 years. I had a beloved special needs dog who needed diabetic care. About: Hi, I’m Kammi! I’ve been caring for animals since i was born, and I genuinely love spending time with all kinds of pets. I have experience with dogs of all sizes and personalities, from energetic puppies to senior dogs who need a little extra care. I’ve also looked after cats and other small animals, making sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable while their owners are away. Whether it’s playtime, walks, or just some good company, I’m dedicated to giving your pets the attention and care they deserve. I’m attentive to individual needs and always go the extra mile to ensure they’re happy and well cared for! My schedule is pretty flexible although i do work at an assisted living as well. I can easily work around your pet’s routine. I’m available for morning, afternoon, and evening visits, and I’m happy to adjust based on what works best for you and your pet. Whether it’s regular walks, drop-in visits, or overnight stays, I’ll make sure your pet gets the attention and care they need. If i am unable to be with them for a short period i will make sure a trusted family member is. Let me know your schedule, and I’ll do my best to accommodate! I keep them safe by keeping them in the basement with me (which has a door), keeping them on a leash while outside and of course giving them all the love and attention they need!
About: I have taken care of dogs for 10+ years. I always make sure they are safe comfortable and happy. Im very patient, loving and caring. I will make sure that your best friends are well taken care of. Im doing this full time so I will have all the time in the world to look after your buddies to play with them and to walk them and to make sure that they are well taken care of. I dont have a fenced yard but I always make sure to keep them on a leash. I also have 2 fun loving dogs that will be able to keep your dogs company. There is also a park nearby that would be a great place for them to go on walks and play. Safety is my number 1, I dont want anything to happen to them.
About: I have always had dogs in my home growing up. I also provide bathing and nail trims to dogs of every size. I am able to help train on basic obedience or other "tricks" as needed. I have patience to deal with excited puppies and work with them as well. As a stay at home mom with one child, I'll have plenty of time in my day to take the time to play with your dog(s) and am available just about every day of the week! Alongside my own set of rules, I like to abide by what the pet parent says, since that is what the animal is most comfortable with. When taking dogs for walks, I don't like to use flexi-leashes. I find those unsafe as the mechanism can fail and I think most dogs don't need that much leash freedom at will.

Yes, you can find sitters who have experience administering medication or managing dietary requirements. You can also find pet sitters who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and request a Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
