About: At K9s Only West LA, our goal is to provide a happy, healthy, and safe environment for your pet when they're away from home. We're pleased to offer the Health Care Commitment Program, which reimburses up to $500 for eligible expenses incurred during your pet’s stay. Enrollment is automatic when your pet attends daycare, covering treatments or diagnoses for incidents that occur during their stay or within 5 days after departure. If veterinary care is needed, we’ll attempt to consult with your pet’s primary vet. If unavailable, we work with local veterinarians to address any medical issues.

About: We have a complete safety program to ensure a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests. Our team is well-trained in animal behavior, first aid, CPR, and emergency procedures. They closely monitor all interactions and ensure that all pets have a safe and comfortable experience. We also have on-site surveillance cameras and a better-than-hospital-grade air exchange system. Both indoor and outdoor spaces are inspected and cleaned regularly to ensure there are no hazards present.

Lisa was wonderful! Very accommodating to our specific asks and very caring of our dog. She also sent us daily pictures and updates which helped us knowing how Brownie was doing. Her home has plenty of outdoor space to place which was a big plus for us. I would definitely recommend Lisa to anyone!
I had a last minute work trip come up and needed a place for my energetic Puggle, Betty Lou and luckily came across Mariana on Rover. Good communication throughout the process. She was able to calm my nerves about leaving my puppy with a random person. Communicated, sent photos and videos while BettyLou was there and reassured me that all was going well. Next time I need to board Betty Lou, I will be reaching out to Mariana first.
Ryan went above and beyond. I asked him if he could pick up my dog from the airport (LAX) during rush hour and he immediately said yes. At first I was a bit nervous to hand off my dog to someone I didn’t know, but the minute Ryan got out his car I felt his positive and welcoming energy. It was the most relieving feeling ever to know that my dog was going to be staying withwith a great human being that loved animals. 10 out of 10. I highly recommend Ryan. Thank me later!

Rachel took care of our Shih Tzu for the first half of our vacation (4.5 days) and if it weren’t for her going on her own trip halfway through, we would have totally trusted her to care for our boy the whole way through! Rachel is always so loving and attentive to our dog, and always sends lots of thoughtful text and photo updates.
