“Sage is such a gift! Over our extended absence (3+ weeks), Sage was responsive to Grace’s needs, using her impressive decision making skills demonstrative of her wide knowledge base. She took excellent care of our home and completed routine tasks to ensure our home was secure during our absence and more pleasant than we left it upon our return. The best accolades I can offer about Sage came from Grace herself. She is an old Russian Blue with a history of kidney problems. She also has a tendency to anxiously lick her body and develop irritated areas on her abdomen. She also is prone to dander. Sage clearly took pristine care of her, brushing and supplementing diet as needed without direction, as Grace looked and behaved absolutely beautifully upon our return. I would hire Sage to care for my sweet Grace without reservation again. I strongly recommend Sage due to her innate gift with animals. She is also adaptable and innovative and has the confidence to do what is best without direct instruction. Finally her responsiveness and reliability were reassuring. I recommend Sage without and reservation! You will be lucky to have her skilled help!”

It was a pleasure to sit in and feed, play, and send goofy pictures of my friend’s dog to provide ease and comfort during a hard time. I work full time and that means my cats are fed on a routine. They require a special diet that requires portioned meals and time to play. I have an active pet cam that I am able to use to talk to them when I am not home to provide comfort and time dispensers for treats. I will abide by your routine and follow directive on when to feed, when to walk, and when to provide or administer medication. Only you know your companion best and in order to provide safety and structure, as your care-taker it would be a privilege to honor your schedule and routine.

With years of hands-on experience in veterinary medicine, grooming, and professional dog care, my goal is to provide a fun, low-stress, home-style environment where every dog feels like part of the family. Your pet’s safety and well-being are always my highest priorities. I have two friendly pups (dachshund and terrier mix) that love to make new friends! We have a fully fenced backyard and the pups are never left outside unattended. I intentionally keep my boarding small and personal so every guest receives plenty of one-on-one attention, love, and care. I send daily photo and video updates so you can relax knowing your pup is having a safe and fun vacation! You’ll never have to wonder how your pup is doing. I love keeping owners updated throughout their stay. Every guest enjoys supervised outdoor time throughout the day, with potty breaks at least every three hours or more often if needed.

About: I have had many animals! I currently have 3 dobermans, 1 malinois/doberman mix, and 2 cats. I also have a medical foster dog (amputee pitbull). I have medical foster experience, and experience with all types of dogs and cats, senior and puppy/kitty as well. I am unemployed for the summer! I am a music major in college so I am not currently working. I can work every day of the week at all hours. I am obsessed with animals so I am constantly petting, playing, and caring for my animals. Animals are my greatest joy in life!! I am great at reading body language, providing needs specific to your animal, and making sure that the animal feels as happy as possible in THEIR language.
