“Bianca was great! She made a real effort with my kitties while I was gone for about 2 weeks. They played a lot, loved getting brushed and got many treats. Bianca left my house clean, all litter changed and swept up. During the visit, our keypad battery started giving a "low battery signal," Bianca let us know, and offered to change it. I provided directions and she was able to figure it out seemslely and change the batteries at the next visit to prevent any distribution to kitty care. She watered our plants, too! About: As a friend, I’m the type who will ask if I can come over just to visit your pet. I love being able to connect with and give love to all animals and can’t wait to meet yours. I’ve lovingly cared for a variety of pets with various ages and temperaments and have a lot of flexibility in my day to day schedule! I have significant experience in caregiving for pets with anxiety (always happy to drop in and sit with your baby during a storm), and have experience providing care to senior cats and dogs, be that medication management, or simply providing a soothing and gentle presence. I work in a remote position that provides a great amount of flexibility. So I have the freedom and availability to care for your pets during all hours including during the daytime. I currently have no pets in my home, so your baby will have my full attention! I also have a ladder that leads to a loft space that’s perfect if your fur baby likes to climb!

I'm an avid foster with the Louisiana SPCA and have volunteered with animal welfare organizations across the state since I was a teenager. I'm a lifelong New Orleanian, so I know all the coolest (literally) spots in town. I'm currently freelancing, so I have ample free time to care for pets of all kinds. With enough notice, I can generally be available any day of the week at any time. I'm able to work mostly remotely, and I try to structure my days around hanging with your pets at your house or at mine. When I do have to leave pets alone, I make sure they're cozy with fresh food and water, toys, and plenty of napping space. I ask lots of questions during our meet-and-greets and our communications to ensure we're aligned on your family's needs schedule-wise, and so that I understand your pet's normal daily routine. I try to keep my calendar current, so you can see when I'm available and when I'm not, but reach out anytime! Your pet stays with me whether in your home or at my own. My flexible schedule allows me to hang out and check in often. I have reliable transportation that allows me to fetch the essentials and the luxuries, like treats. My home has a fenced yard, so there's plenty of space for secure outdoor activities. I also have a pool, so when it's hot, there's a place to cool off. If I'm boarding your pet, I'll follow your lead when it comes to swimming. If your dog loves water, we can swim together, and if they're not a swimmer, I'll make sure we stay dry. I'm always happy to share more details about our yard during our conversations or a meet-and-greet. On walks, we use the leashes and gear you provide and that your pet is familiar with. Alternatively, I can also bring my own leashes if you'd like. I follow your instructions around feeding, routine, and medications (I appreciate having your instructions written down). I refer to your preferred vet and pet hospital information. As a local New Orleanian, I'm resourceful and knowledgeable about the multitude of pet resources in town that help your pet stay healthy and happy, from clinics that offer free vaccines to local restaurants that are pup-friendly.

I'm a dog owner and I have a very flexible schedule. I'm in pretty good shape and love to walk and run around with my Bella. I have a large fenced-in yard and I don't mind dogs in the house. My Bella is friendly and would love company sometimes. I can handle and care for your dog responsibly.
