“Alexandra is amazing. This is my second time leaving my dog with her and I will continue to use her because I know how much she cares and loves dogs. My dog gets back to me so happy and tired from playing so much.”

“Victor always does a great job. It often takes Jimmie a little time to settle in. But he is immediately comfortable with Victor, eating normally and trying to cuddle up right away. Always comforting to know he is in good hands.”

“Jennifer was so sweet to our three cats. She responded quickly and sent pictures of our cats with updates. What a nice, loving lady. Our cats were fine when they came home. They were happy and didn't have any attitudes. I would highly recommend her. And we'll use her again when needed. Thank you Jennifer!”

“Annie took very good care of my girl. She sent daily pictures and updates which made me feel assured my dog was receiving wonderful care in my absence. Thank you!”

“Awesome person, professional, kind and caring person that took great care of my dog. Upon meeting her and talking to her, I was put at ease and felt that she would take great care of my dog, who is my family. Thanks so much Linda!”
“Heather, you and Brand were so wonderful to Kira. Thank you so much for taking care of her this weekend. I had zero concerns for her. You two definitely have a heart for animals. Kira seems so happy there.”

“Desiree did an excellent job with our two dogs. She was friendly, responsive, and professional. She has the perfect set up to care for your animals and she sends timely updates and photos during the stay. I strongly recommend booking with her.”

“Lucia took the absolute best care of my dog! I received daily photos and videos and I could tell that my dog was having a great time with her. I could not recommend her enough!”

About: I became a dog mom at 19, and have been dog-sitting off and on ever since! While the extra income is always nice, I mainly do it to prevent coming home with a new puppy every week. I treat all the dogs I meet like they're my own and give them as much love as I do to my own babies - an 11 year old Lab mix and 6 year old German Shepherd! They both have loved every dog I've ever had staying at my house. I'm comfortable with all breeds and all ages, and have no problem giving medications if needed. I am available during the daytime for long walks and have a very flexible work schedule, which means a lot of play time for your pup! I’m currently working remote part-time and have the flexibility to choose my own hours, which means I have plenty of spare time during the day to spend with your pup! I treat your pets as if they are my own, giving them the same amount of love and attention if not more! I always make sure they are well cared for and that the client comes home to a clean house and happy pets!
“Kat took such great care of Tux! She came home happy and so much less stressed than when she has to stay at a boarder. She sent me pictures of the fun and cuddles they shared. I will definitely rebook for our next weekend trip!”

About: I’m a loving pet owner with a dog of my own, and I’ve always had a huge love for animals. I’ll treat your pup like my own and make sure they get plenty of love, attention, and care! I work full-time, but I’m home a lot and have a flexible routine that allows me to give pets plenty of attention and care. I have a dog of my own, so I’m used to keeping up with walks, playtime, and feeding. I’m also home on weekends, making it easy to hangout with the pups! I have a fenced yard where dogs can safely play, and I love going on walks! I also have a friendly dog who loves having friends to play with.
“Jessica was great in accommodating drop off and pick up times when it suited me best.. My much loved pup immediately felt Jessica’s great energy, and in no time at all was happily wiggling his tail in approval of the new friend he found. through my the stay, Jessica was always reachable, and I was kept updated on Beamer’s mini holiday :)..will surely book Beamer,s next stay with Jessica.”

“Nathan sent updates daily reassuring us that our pup was doing well. He was also flexible when our travel plans faced a delay. Would recommend to anyone who wants a safe and fun environment for their fur babies.”

“Our pup loved his stay. We received lots of photos and updates. As our boy has some bad storm anxiety this put us at ease that he was receiving all the care and attention he would have if we were right there. The fenced in back yard provided lots of room for him to run and play while on his vist. I can not recommend Ellison & Lisa enough.”

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
