About: I have worked with pets for over 10 years caring for and feeding, also medicating if needed. I have worked with and owned various animals such as reptiles, amphibians, spiders, dogs, cats, chinchillas, ferrets, birds and many more. I love working closely with animals and sharing connections with them. I was a dog trainer for Petco for 3 years, and plan to eventually open my own animal training center and sanctuary for large breed canines and felines. I have experience in bathing dogs and cats including nails, teeth, and trimming new growth hair around the face, feet, and sanitary areas. About: I personally have 3 dogs so I know how to deal with multiples in families. I used to walk for WAG before I got an office job, very experienced in drop-ins and Housesitting. Available whenever you need me! I work flexible part-time so this is a fun way for me and your pup(s) to stay active! About: I’ve had about 13 dogs of different breeds in my lifetime and two cats. Every animal that I’ve had in my life still carry on in my heart. I love and appreciate animals for their never ending love for us humans. Rest assured that I was responsible for all of my pets and made sure to attend to their needs in a safe manner, so my experience can be valuable when it comes to caring for other pets. I’m able to work any day of the week as long as it’s 8-3pm. I’m just not available around 4-6, but I am able to care for them in my home if necessary. We have a screen door and our parking lot is gated, so there is no way for them to get through. There is also a park nearby that is great for walking.

About: Currently, an employee of a 24hr animal hospital, as well as, worked as lead staff in a dog daycare for six years I'm certain your dog will have a very safe and fun time! I've had 2 dogs for 18 years and still have my one mini-Aussie and we frequently go on hikes and road trips. I'm also versed in a little grooming having done it my own Aussie. I currently work full-time on the weekends so weekdays are my main free schedule. I typically go on hikes (short or long), walks for photography, and sometimes go for a run. I believe in "leave no trace" and as an organized and neat person, I will tend to clean up for others ensuring that everything is well kept as my way of showing respect for other's homes. I will follow any routines and guidelines for your pet and also get frequent notifications on their status along with professional pictures (if requested). I can also offer to take your pet on hikes with me as I tend to go frequently. As an employee of an animal hospital, if any accidents were to happen I can take it upon myself to take them with me to the hospital.

About: I have fostered dogs from 4 weeks old to 14 years old. I have experience with potty trained and not potty trained dogs. I have experience with dogs with anxiety and social issues as well. Early mornings and late nights are easily doable for me. My princess, Cassie is my best friend. I bathe her, train her, feed her and everything. About: Does it have floof, skin, or scales? I LOVE IT! I have cared for others' animals as well as my own for over two decades. I've also worked as a volunteer animal caretaker at the Jacksonville Zoo, a volunteer diver at the South Carolina Aquarium, and I am the proud go-to animal sitter for many of my friends and family when they travel. Animals I have cared for cover a wide range of breeds, species, sizes, and ages from super young to super old and from 4lbs to 124lbs (my rottweiler, Grady the Bear, who lived to be 9 years old.) I am quite comfortable administering all types of medications and am very attuned to the animal's wellbeing. When in doubt, I will always air on the side of caution and seek professional help. I am comfortable training puppies (continuing the training that you have started and which you instruct me on) and also caring for special needs animals. Besides cats and dogs, I have cared for amphibians, reptiles, hamsters, rabbits, guinea pigs, fish, and birds. I currently have two very chill cats that are experienced with living with dogs large and small. I live in a 2/2 condo in Mission Valley that offers a dog park up the street, an on-site potty station, walking trails on-property, and a patio with a view where my cats love to watch hummingbirds. Should your animal be kept inside, the room that will be theirs opens onto the patio and can be closed tightly or with a screen door. I also have a bathroom dedicated to animal care. I am happy to take your dog for trail runs, to the beach, to dog parks, or simply around the block! Cats are also welcome, although I must require them to be fixed. I feed my animals regularly and can easily accommodate your animal's schedule, as routine is important, especially for animals away from home. The most I am away from home is 3-6 hours when I go freediving / spearfishing. If your animal cannot accommodate these longer periods, I will be there while they are staying with me. While staying with me, your animal will have their own: - room - litter box - scratching post - toys - bed - food and water bowls - bath (if needed) If your animal gets along with other animals, I am more than happy to give them open range in the condo (my cats are fine with it), however they will be confined to their crate or room (whichever you prefer) should I leave the house. For dogs specifically, I offer: - trail runs - walks - dog park trips - beach trips - baths - playtime + enrichment For cats, specifically, I offer - playtime + enrichment - daily litter box cleaning - basic grooming (nails, fur, and bath if they tolerate it) - walks (rare, but I have done it!) either in a backpack or on a leash For all animals: - all the snuggles, pats, scritches, and loves I will honor whatever routine you have set for your pet, including where they sleep, whether they are allowed on furniture, diet, schedule, etc. I am happy to administer medication if needed, and I encourage you to leave your veterinary information just in case.
