About: Growing up on a ranch, I cared for dogs, cats, rabbits, chickens, horses, and exotic animals—so very little surprises me! 😊 Pet sitting was actually my first neighborhood “business” as a kid, which tells you this has always been more passion than side gig. Being away from home for school these past few years, I’ve dearly missed caring for animals— so this is my way of staying connected to something I love. I’m a naturally curious person and take the time to learn each pet’s personality and routines so I can give them attentive, enriching care while you’re away. 😊 I’ll be working remotely for the foreseeable future, which gives me plenty of flexibility to fit pet care naturally into my day. I can accommodate different feeding and walking schedules, playtime, medication, check-ins, and plenty of attention and companionship throughout the day. Since my work travels with me, I’m also flexible with longer stays and can be around much more than someone working outside the home. I know how important it is to trust someone not only with your pet, but with your home. I take both seriously and will follow your instructions and your pet’s usual routine closely. I’m attentive to changes in behavior, appetite, or energy and always prioritize keeping pets safe, comfortable, and secure. I’m also more than happy to send plenty of photos and updates so you can relax knowing your pet is in good hands while you’re away😊

I work full-time during the weekdays, but I am available evenings and on weekends to provide care for your pets. During these times, I dedicate focused attention to feeding, exercise, playtime, and companionship. I can follow your pet’s specific routines and make sure they receive the care and interaction they need while maintaining a structured schedule that keeps them happy and comfortable. When caring for pets in my home, I provide a safe, clean, and comfortable environment where pets can feel relaxed and happy. I follow feeding schedules, administer medications if needed, engage in playtime and exercise, and offer plenty of affection and attention. When caring for pets in the client’s home, I treat the space and pets with respect, following all owner instructions carefully. I maintain routines as directed, ensure pets have fresh water and food, and provide companionship and exercise. I also keep the owner updated with regular messages or photos, so they feel confident their pets are safe and well-cared for while they’re away.

Victoria had great reviews which I checked before I requested her. I have a very special service dog, and she has taken great care of him. It is not easy to trust someone to give your great given friend care, when you are unable to do so. So glad that I chose "Nori" as she has been caring consistent and a valuable asset for caring for my great cherished friend!

Sadie is very kind and paid close attention to all information I gave her, including training I'm currently working on with my pup, and continued to follow that training on their walks. Sadie sent lots of pictures and I could tell that my pup obviously had a great time. I would gladly have Sadie take care of my pup in the future and would recommend her to others.

Rachel has a great way with dogs, clearly. She has started walking my new lab / Jindo (Holly) from Korea (only 6 weeks in the US). The prior petsitter i used did not have success leashing her. Rachel on the other hand, seems to have an intuitive way with dogs, & Holly seems to be accepting her. Highly recommended:) Maureen

Group walks are a good fit for social dogs who enjoy structured walks. If your dog prefers the energy of a group stroll, ask your dog walker about group walks in your Phoenix. Since all dog walkers are local, they may have a neighborhood dog who is a good walking companion to yours.
For dog walking services, you can request a report card update with specifics about your dog’s walk. Report cards require photos and can include a map of the walking route , total walk time, poop and pee breaks, and distance traveled, so you know exactly where your dog has been walking in Phoenix.

- 93% of walkers can help with special care needs
- 98% can help with giving oral medications or injections
- 97% can help with daily exercise
You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
