7. Shana S.
About: I am an enthusiastic and active animal lover with over 20 years experience. We live across from the Loch Raven reservoir within walking distance of many hiking trails. We enjoy playing with our pets in our fenced in backyard as well as taking nature hikes on the many trails across from us. Growing up, we had a dog and two cats. Currently, I delight in taking care of our 10 year old cat and 3 year old dog! I love being active with animals and walking them. Our house and yard are very pet friendly! I also am comfortable with admin of needed meds and grooming. The pets who stay with us are welcomed as part of the family. For boarding, we can accommodate one dog per night. We do not board cats. We have a fenced in backyard with about an acre of land. We have a 3 year old dog who is friendly. We have a shy 10 year old cat who will hide from other animals that she doesn’t know. We have hens, but they are fenced in completely.
8. Mollie C.
“Mollie took our two crazy dogs for a daily walk while we were on vacation for a week. She was always on time and took such a good care of them. Molly followed all our instructions and sent us updates with pictures after every visit. I highly recommend Mollie's services.”
9. Laura M.
About: I have had all types of pets all my life. I am an animal lover, majored in biology and life sciences in college, and I love being around animals. I am looking to do this full-time so that I can dedicate all my time to helping families give dogs the exercise they need during the day. I would love the opportunity to take care of your pup! I love dedicating my time to caring for your fur babies and you need to know that they will be in very good hands. I treat them like family! I spend time and give lots of TLC to your pet while they are with me. I love detailed notes and will follow them according to what you want and need me to do with your fur babies.
10. Alex F.

11. Garrett L.
About: For the last five years of my family dog's life I was his primary caretaker. Beyond an endearing pet I had for 16 years, he was a best friend. I walked him 3-4 times a day, played with him, made him special food, and made sure he always had a reason to feel happy and loved. Last summer, before going to Italy to teach English for the school year, I gained plenty of valuable experience dog sitting, cat sitting, and house sitting and enjoyed every moment of it. I've also grown up my whole life with cats, one of which was a dear friend who was always by my side as I turned from a boy to an adult. I had the strongest kinship with him among my family members in the house. In short, as you see in my title, I can guarantee that I will do my best to give your pets as much as joy as they give me. Right now my schedule is completely open. I recently returned from teaching English in Italy and will be going to do the same in Spain in October. If I can substitute a part-time job with pet/house sitting this summer that would be ideal. I'm only at ease if I know the pets are at ease and have everything they need. I make sure they receive the attention they require. As long as they're under my care you rest assured they will be safe, sound and happy.
12. Graysyn A.
About: I’ve taken care of multiple rescue dogs since the age of 8. I have experience with a variety of breeds ( Dachshunds, Great Danes, Terriers, Beagles, Pit Bulls, etc) ranging from puppies starting at one month old to senior dogs at 14 years old. With my experience I understand that all pets have their own amazing personalities. I love taking the time to personally understand each & every animal that is in my presence to create a comforting and caring bond that every animal deserves. Along with my vast experience with dogs I have experience with cats (kittens & seniors included), Lizards (Leopard Geckos, Bearded Dragons, Crested Geckos) & Aquatic animals (fish, snails, water frogs). I've been self employed for the past 4 years and have tons of free time on my hands. With notice my schedule tends to be very flexible. I currently live in an apartment with my dog and cat, they have their own designated room with toys, and their beds. They’re free to move around, however, like to ensure that they have their own space if they’d like alone time. I also allow them out on my balcony for fresh air and to sight see (my cat is very fond of being outside). And I live on a property with a dog park so I take my dog there for off the leash time to play with her outside toys as well as other dogs in our community.
13. Taylor R.
“Taylor was wonderful with my senior lab. I was concerned about leaving her but after meeting Taylor I felt confident she was in good hands. When I returned my dog was very relaxed and I knew she enjoyed her time with Taylor. I’ll note Taylor was a great communicator the entire time & even sent regular photos. Thanks Taylor! Maureen D”
14. Jasmine J.
“Jasmine has been great and so patient with my dog. He gets very nervous with the strangers at first but she did really well with him. I would highly recommend her!”
15. Kayla L.
“Kayla was so nice and professional. She came on time and did a great job walking my dogs. And most importantly, they loved her!”
16. Rachel H.
“Rachel walked my dog with only a couple days notice. She was very quick to respond to my questions and was extremely detailed and courteous. She also sent me a few pictures of their walk which was a nice touch. I would definitely ask her to take care of my pup in the future.”
17. Connor S.
“This was Connor's first visit with our girls Kiwi and Rio. He was on time, followed protocols and communicated promptly. Very happy about all 3 of those things! We have scheduled another visit soon.”
18. Heather V.
“Heather has watched my 3 cats and a dog when I took a 3-week vacation out of the country. When I got back, the pets were healthy and well and the house looked the way I left. She also took care of the plants while she was taking care of the pets. She did a great job and I would definitely ask her to pet sit for me again in the future!”
