About: I am an enthusiastic and active animal lover with over 20 years experience. We live across from the Loch Raven reservoir within walking distance of many hiking trails. We enjoy playing with our pets in our fenced in backyard as well as taking nature hikes on the many trails across from us. Growing up, we had a dog and two cats. Currently, I delight in taking care of our 10 year old cat and 3 year old dog! I love being active with animals and walking them. Our house and yard are very pet friendly! I also am comfortable with admin of needed meds and grooming. The pets who stay with us are welcomed as part of the family. For boarding, we can accommodate one dog per night. We do not board cats. We have a fenced in backyard with about an acre of land. We have a 3 year old dog who is friendly. We have a shy 10 year old cat who will hide from other animals that she doesn’t know. We have hens, but they are fenced in completely.

About: I enjoy getting to know dogs and them getting to know me, becoming trusted friends. I grew up with dogs having bred Bassett Hounds as a kid with my father and have had dogs all my life. I even turned my wife into a dog lover. We now have an eight year rescued mix breed and often care for our adult children's dogs in our home. I also go to their homes every day to walk them and let them out. Your dog will love playing with me and walking with me as I really engage with them well and treat every outing as a adventure. About: Hello, I'm Cori! I currently work as a manager at a preschool, looking for some part-time work. I'm a very active person so I wouldn't mind talking them out for a walk or the backyard to play! I have a very flexible schedule so I can visit your pets multiple times a day if needed. As for my experience, I had dogs and cats while I was growing up and I helped family and friends with dog sitting when needed. About: I am a school teacher and a life-long animal lover and have had pets since I was a young child. I currently have 3 dogs (and a horse). Two of my dogs have their intermediate trick titles and also compete and do well in agility. The third is an older deaf rescue. I am experienced with handling and also training dogs. During the summer, I have worked with a local company for 8 years for dog walking as well as dog/cat sitting for vacation clients. Through word of mouth I've had training clients and hope to add that service through Rover. I also I am fairly new to Rover since my availability depends on when school is in session. I am a teacher so I am available all summer for walks or pet-sitting. I also do days I am off work and some holidays. I am not available during the weekdays when school is in session. I treat clients' dogs like my own. I do prefer a meet and greet before caring for your pet. I will only care for pets in the client's home since I already have 3 dogs of my own. I am quiet and calm with animals to put them at ease. I can take them for a walk, or will play ball or whatever your dog enjoys playing. I can feed your pet, give treats, meds, and always provide fresh water. I am responsible and always show up, stay the full amount of time, and make sure the house is just as I left it. Dogs are always happy to see me. Your dog will get lots of love during my visits.

About: I am currently in college and have a huge love for all animals! I will gladly take care of dogs and cats any size and age. I would prefer to come to your home for over night boarding. I will lay on the floor and pet your dog or cat for hours. Pets are therapy! I love cats just as much as dogs. I grew up in a house with at least 2 dogs and cats at a time. Pets are family and they will be treated as such. I love being outside so I will walk your dog for however long they want to go for. Walks shouldn’t be rushed. I’m excited to meet all the animals I can ! I’m a nursing student with a flexible schedule, so I have plenty of availability to care for your pets. Whether you need early morning, evening, overnight, or weekend care, I’ll do my best to work with your schedule. My goal is to make things as easy and stress-free as possible for both you and your pet. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I’ll follow their normal routine, make sure they get plenty of exercise and attention, and always treat them like they’re my own. If your dog enjoys adventures, I know several great local trails for walks, and if they prefer relaxing at home, I’m happy to do that too.

About: I’ve taken care of 3 dogs in my life. I’m a very responsible pet owner and make sure they are treated with good care. I offer lots of love, responsible care, and a deep commitment to the happiness and well being of my pets. I’m currently working part time at an ice cream shop but it should not get in the way of taking the best care of your pet. I have a house full of plenty of land and plenty of places to walk to and take them to. I would love to show them around and take them wherever they would like to go. I would always put my pets safety first.

About: I love all animals. I think they are truly such gifts to the world. My experience ranges from puppies and kittens to more senior dogs. One of my regular clients has a dog that requires a little more TLC as he has thyroid and eye issues that require specific medication. I like to ensure all animals are well-loved, cared for, and have all of their needs met. I'm currently a freelancer that can work from anywhere, so I have tons of free time to ensure all pets are well-loved and cared for! I like to thoroughly discuss with my clients what their normal routine with their pets are. Are they allowed on the couch? How often do you go on walks? Dietary restrictions? How often are they fed and how much? Any medications I need to account for? Vet information for emergencies? Etc. Once I've taken all of that information into account, I'll apply all of it during my time with the pets and also supply them with all of the love and attention they could possibly need.

About: I have taken care of all different types of dogs for varying amounts of time and looking forward to taking care of many more ! As a college student, I’m hoping to take care of your furry friend over breaks and weekends here and there when I am free ! I love a schedule and organization so if you give me instructions, I am all over that! I will try my hardest to stick to your dog’s routine!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs, both drop in and overnight visits, for two years now. I’ve dealt with small and large dogs and know how to handle them. I’ve grown up with multiple dogs in one house and know the different needs each dog requires! I am currently on break for summer from college so I am available anytime throughout the week and weekends. If you are booking day of please be aware I may have other arrangements but for the most part I should be free. Any rules and information I need are required before I enter the home. And for non emergency appointments a meeting with the dog and you present is preferred.

I have experience cat sitting for family friends as well, and would be happy to provide your babies with the best care I’m currently working a part time job at a concert venue, so I have plenty of day time availability to take care of your pets. I typically have 1-3 shifts a week and a flexible schedule! I’m experienced with dogs from puppies to seniors. I can administer medications or just provide overall attention and play time. I’m a great communicator and attentive to detail, and strive to make sure your animals are receiving the best care they need. About: I’ve been surrounded by animal since I was a baby! Growing up, I was always asked if I lived on a farm because of all the pets we had (I did not, but it felt like one). This includes large and small dogs, cats, goats, bunnies, guinea pigs, ducks, guinea hens, snakes, a turtle, and fish. Being surrounded by all these animals while growing up has made caring for animals come naturally to me. Currently, I do not have any pets where I live, but I still consider my two cats and a large yellow English lab as my pets! Although I am new to Rover, I have years of experience of pet sitting various types of animals of all ages. I am comfortable with all types of dogs and am very active, so I would make sure to spend plenty of quality time taking them on long walks or when stopping in for a visit :) I also love spending time with cats and other animals, so I would always be free for a drop in! I am currently a nursing student on summer break, so I am free for drop-ins and walks whenever needed, and am very flexible to last-minute requests. I am available mostly during the weekdays at any time, and some weekends as well. When in your home, I will follow your normal routine with your pet closely to make sure they feel comfortable and loved, whether that is long walks around the neighborhood/on a trail, visits to the park, special treats, or anything else they might enjoy.

About: I’m currently training to be a therapist so I have a keen sense for emotions… pets included! I’ve dog sat for family numerous times and am hoping to branch out. I love being around animals, am a very easy guest, and will happily send you any pictures of your pets! I have class 1-9pm on Monday and Wednesday but am mostly free otherwise! I get up early to swim twice a week (Fri and Sat), but can go straight back if needed. I don’t do much, so I’m pretty open! I’m willing to do whatever I can to help the pet feel safe and welcomed. Whether they want to play, rest, eat, or walk, I’m happy to help them out!

About: I've grown up around animals (cats, dogs, & snakes) and actively cared for them for as long as I can remember! I currently own 2 cats and foster three more, one of whom has special needs. My partner and I also have a room full of fish tanks, both fresh and saltwater, so finned friends are no problem. I have owned reptiles previously, so I am open to a wide variety of pets (or plants) in all shapes and sizes. My availability is very open, since pet-sitting is my primary job. Weekends or weekdays work equally well for me. I will structure my schedule around whatever pet I am house-sitting for, to give you the peace of mind that they're healthy and happy while you aren't home. Each animal is unique— I love spending quality time with them so I can get to know their individual personalities and quirks. I enjoy putting in the extra effort to earn their trust. I am experienced with elderly pets, and can give medications if necessary. I can help maintain long-haired pets' coats. I have seen all sorts of pet-related messes, and I have no problem cleaning them up. I will gladly learn the needs of each pet, and adapt to make them as comfortable as possible while you're away!
