I let Gisel know what was going on with Kola, as she was licking and chewing her paws and they were very red. I kept socks on her paws and gave her Benadryl in between the meds from the vet. Gisel also kept this up for the four days Kola stayed with her family. I was so thankful and appreciative of the extra care Gisel and her family gave Kola. Kola’s itchy paws popped up so last minute and Gisel assured me she would take great care of her and she did just that! I would definitely use Gisel again for Kola!”

As a cat, horse, and previous dog owner myself I understand that our pets are our family! I look forward to meeting your fur baby! I work part time hours and am off weekends and holidays. I’m happy to spend my free time playing, walking, and spending time with your pet! While at work crates, gates, or free roam can be used depending on your pets needs and comfort. Pets will be monitored through pet cams during working hours. While in my home pets can have free roam or access to a crate depending on their needs and comfort. For walks I utilize harnesses and if needed can add a back up slip lead if owner feels more comfortable to ensure safety. Pets will always have access to fresh water and toys and will be well loved while in my care!

We enjoy playing with our pets in our fenced in backyard as well as taking nature hikes on the many trails across from us. Growing up, we had a dog and two cats. Currently, I delight in taking care of our 10 year old cat and 3 year old dog! I love being active with animals and walking them. Our house and yard are very pet friendly! I'm a pet owner too, so I know how important it is to stick to your pet's routine and send plenty of updates so you can relax. As a graduate student, I have a very flexible schedule. My campus is only a 10-minute drive away, which means I can easily come home to check on your pet every 2-4 hours, or as often as needed. My neighborhood has plenty of green spaces and safe areas, perfect for long walks and playtime. My home features a secure, fenced-in backyard with plenty of grass, giving your pet a safe space to play and take comfortable potty breaks. He made sure the plan for Lem was super clear beforehand, which I especially appreciated since the schedule I gave him to complement my friend's visit schedule was not perfectly regular, and he didn't miss a visit! He also had to deal with a terrible cold spell, but when he couldn't walk Lemon for more than 5 minutes at a time (about all she can tolerate when it's that cold), he took her for two short walks to make sure she did all her business and then played ball with her in the house. We came home to a dog who, while happy to see us, was clearly doing just fine without us, which is all I can ask for :)”

I don’t currently have a job I’m full time pet sitting. However I do take jobs outside of rover and have occasional plans or trips but I’m very flexible. Two of my dogs have their intermediate trick titles and also compete and do well in agility. The third is an older deaf rescue. I am experienced with handling and also training dogs. About: Hello! I am a veterinary technician of 8 years and pet owner of 20+ years who is highly experienced in animal care and petsitting. As a cat, horse, and previous dog owner myself I understand that our pets are our family! I look forward to meeting your fur baby! I work part time hours and am off weekends and holidays. I’m happy to spend my free time playing, walking, and spending time with your pet! While at work crates, gates, or free roam can be used depending on your pets needs and comfort. Pets will be monitored through pet cams during working hours. While in my home pets can have free roam or access to a crate depending on their needs and comfort. For walks I utilize harnesses and if needed can add a back up slip lead if owner feels more comfortable to ensure safety. Pets will always have access to fresh water and toys and will be well loved while in my care!
