I've taken care of three small elderly dogs at once, including one that was completely blind and hard of hearing. He was diligent and really paid attention to our pups, getting to know their quirks - it was clear he was truly present with them and not just running through a checklist. Specifically, he gave us some suggestions to get our big girl to slow down while eating to improve her postprandial comfort. He was in regular contact during our absence, giving us space but always ready to attend to our anxious requests for photos and updates.
