Perniall did great with our girls. It took no time at all for him to befriend our chronically suspicious chihuahua. He was diligent and really paid attention to our pups, getting to know their quirks - it was clear he was truly present with them and not just running through a checklist. He gave us helpful feedback, aiding in elucidating some blind spots we've had as parents. Specifically, he gave us some suggestions to get our big girl to slow down while eating to improve her postprandial comfort. He was in regular contact during our absence, giving us space but always ready to attend to our anxious requests for photos and updates.
