I am detail oriented and can help around the house while you are away, in addition to caring for your pets. I am also an active runner and hiker and would be happy to take your dogs out for some good exercise! I am available for overnight stays at your home, visits and check-ins, and walks/runs! At this time I am not able to board other dogs at my home, since my dog is a rescue and does not do well with other dogs in our home! About: My husband and I had one dog (Russell) for 12 1/2 years - and now have 2 puppies (Ash - just over 2 years old, Daisy - 1/2 years old). I love them more than anything, and have been using Rover to find dog sitters for the last ~10 years! I am finally retiring and am excited to now help others! Ash and Daisy love other dogs - and we go on lots of adventures - and go on shorter walks and have fun times at home too. I’m excited to take you dog with us, or have your dog or dogs over for stays…..I can drop by to help and do other things as well, whatever you would like to make sure that your dog or dogs are loved while you are away, working, or having fun in Tahoe! About: Hi there! I am a SLT transplant from the Midwest. I have experience working with animals from cats & dogs to horses & chickens. I've worked for Boulder Pet Nanny, a privately owned small business for pet sitting, as well as fostering under-socialized cats through Colorado Feline Foster Rescue and even living at an animal sanctuary on the north island of New Zealand for 6 months.
