“On schedule and very thorough during her check ins. My kitties were very happy, well fed and clean when we got back home from our vacation away. Will definitely re-book!”

“Very satisfied with our pet sitter. He fed our cats, cleaned their litter boxes, and played with them. He was also in constant communication so we got pictures and updates. We'll definitely hire them again.”
“My original plans didn't have me gone for a whole day but then at the last minute they changed. A friend recommended Rover.com and I couldn't be happier or more pleased with how it all worked out, literally the day before I had to leave! I reached out to Stephanie as she looked to be the closest to my house and she was extremely responsive and was willing and able to book the time with my sweet Loki, my 85 pound black English Lab. Stephanie stayed in communication with me when she was heading over, sent photos of how Loki was doing with her - he had never met her before - and let me know when she left. Even my VERY TIMID cat was willing to make an appearance which is a first for her around a stranger. I am/was very impressed with Stephanie's experience with dogs and she demonstrated that she was able to earn both Loki's and Hela (the cat's) trust - she has earned mine too!”

About: Hi there! I am a SLT transplant from the Midwest. I have experience working with animals from cats & dogs to horses & chickens. I've worked for Boulder Pet Nanny, a privately owned small business for pet sitting, as well as fostering under-socialized cats through Colorado Feline Foster Rescue and even living at an animal sanctuary on the north island of New Zealand for 6 months. Suffice it to say, I absolutely love animals in addition to having a deep well of experience caring for them. I am able to safely administer medication, implement special training instructions, and overall have a careful eye to detail and connection to animals :) I'm currently working casually, so I have a lot of flexibility during the day to make any time of visits work on both weekdays and weekends. I know how to calmly and safely introduce myself to shy or scared dogs, especially if it's our first time meeting. I'm also happy to drop by to meet a doggo for the first time with you present, if that's ever any help.
“Jenny was amazing! She checked in promptly daily and sent me photos. All my furbabies, and fishies were well cared for and content when we arrived back home. I felt at ease the entire time we were away. I will definitely be using Jenny and Jonathan again and highly recommend them.”

About: I have experience taking care of animals as a pet owner myself. I grew up with 2 cats and a dog and have lived with friends who have pets. I have also taken care of friends and neighbors pets with drop-ins and house sitting. I love to care for animals and will give your pets lots of attention! I am currently looking for a job, so I have full availability to take care of your pets. I can house sit or do drop-in visits any time of the day. I will come to your home to take care of your pets and conform to their typical daily routines like walks, playtime, and feeding times.

About: I’ve grown up surrounded by dogs my entire life, which means caring for four-legged family members is second nature to me. As my family and friend’s resident dog sitter, I have hands on experience with pups of all shapes, sizes, and personalities from high energy giants to tiny couch potatoes. I am passionate about keeping dogs active and healthy, so you can count on me to provide plenty of outdoor time and engaging walks. I look forward to meeting your furry friend and providing them with a safe, fun, and loving environment while you're away! As a full-time remote worker, my schedule is highly flexible! Pet care fits seamlessly into my day, allowing me to offer reliable windows for walks and drop-ins. My 'portable' office also makes me a great fit for house sitting, as I can work right from your home and keep your pet company. Weekends are equally open and flexible for whatever your pet needs! I believe the best environment for a pet is one that closely mirrors their usual routine. Whether I am house sitting or dropping in, I strictly follow your specific guidelines for feeding and house rules. During house sittings and drop-ins, I respect your home as if it were my own—keeping things clean, secure, and locked up. When we are out on walks, your dog will always be kept on a secure, standard leash, and I maintain a strict 'no greeting' policy with unfamiliar dogs to prevent any unpredictable interactions. I am deeply observant of body language to ensure your pet is happy, comfortable, and never stressed. I also believe that communication builds trust, so you can always expect timely photo updates and detailed Rover cards after every visit!

Echo Lake pet parents share their Rover experiences
Karen was an outstanding sitter. She took exceptional care of Kitty and went above and beyond in every way. She sent frequent photos and videos, which gave us great peace of mind. When Kitty had an accident, she communicated with us right away and took care of cleaning it up—something we really appreciated. She’s reliable, thoughtful, and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend her.

Jaclyn is the best! She communicates very well and gives our kitties the love and attention they need while we are gone. We also have a special needs cat and she handles him perfectly. We would recommend Jaclyn to anybody and feel so lucky to be one of her clients!
