About: We lost our sweet Blue (11 year old labradoodle) 3 years ago of bone cancer, and have recently become empty nesters. We LOVE dogs, and our cat has missed his canine companion. Our yard is over an acre, and includes a wooded area. We are also located near beautiful trails that we can walk to. Both of us work from home the majority of the time, and we will only open our home up to furry house guests if we are sure that at least one of us is available to be home the majority of the day. Your dog will love the extra love and attention that they will receive, and we tend to be a bit lenient with letting dogs on furniture/beds. Most of our neighbors own dogs, and there are young children next door. That being said, a dog that is friendly with other dogs and not wary of children would LOVE a vacation with us. I am working part time, and my husband works at least 1/2 of the time from home. We are flexible with dog schedules, and have experience with "elderly" dogs with special needs. We have a large yard (over an acre), which is not fenced in. Our neighborhood connects to walking trails and parks, so your dog will have ample exercise opportunities. We are extremely flexible with our schedules, and can adapt to meet your dog's current routines.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since childhood. I’ve trained puppies and have taken care of seniors. I love all types and sizes of dogs. I have no problem taking more than one walk a day, I like running with dogs who are able to keep a good pace, and I’ve had experience helping dogs with different dietary needs. My schedule is fairly open, aside from the occasional soccer practice for the kids. I work part time, so typically I am around. I do work full days on Mondays and Thursdays. I have two high energy, friendly dogs happy to keep your furry friend company! I am able to crate as well if that is what is preferred. I have long tethers in my yard for outdoor play and will be fencing the yard in coming months. I live an active lifestyle where I’m able to exercise with the dogs frequently.
