Mandy loves to cuddle and be around people and Mary and her partner were constantly giving her all the attention she wanted! Also when it was cold outside they would cover her paws or give her a sweater which was super sweet. And she provided constant updates every few hours so we always knew how Mandy was doing! Mandy is an older dog and when there was a concern for her health they brought it up immediately. Seriously Mary is a rock star sitter!!”

It was immediately clear that she genuinely wanted to get to know Winnie. Drop-off couldn’t have gone more smoothly. Anacelia was waiting outside when we arrived, and Winnie, who is normally quite cautious around unfamiliar people, surprised me by following her right into the house without hesitation! Throughout our trip, Anacelia provided regular, thoughtful updates about how Winnie was settling in, eating, and adjusting, along with several wonderful photos and a video. We had initially been concerned about how Winnie would do around other dogs, so seeing pictures of her comfortably spending time with Anacelia’s dog was especially reassuring. We even received a sweet photo of her son holding Winnie! It was such a comfort knowing Winnie was happy, relaxed, and receiving such attentive care while we were away. Anacelia’s warmth, attention to detail, and excellent communication gave us tremendous peace of mind.
