About: I bring a wide range of hands-on animal care experience that goes far beyond typical pet sitting. I’ve worked with animals of all kinds—from training dogs and caring for cats to handling farm animals like calves and horses. I’m comfortable managing pets with different temperaments, including anxious, reactive, or previously abused animals, and I take pride in helping them feel safe and cared for. I’m highly detail-oriented and quick to learn each pet’s routine, which allows me to notice subtle changes in behavior, health, or mood. I also have experience supporting both young and senior pets, including administering basic care, reinforcing training, and providing extra patience and attention where needed. I treat every pet like my own and strive to create a calm, safe, and positive environment while you’re away. I currently have open availability and can accommodate a wide range of scheduling needs, including weekdays and weekends. I strive to be flexible and reliable to ensure consistent, high quality care for your pet. Safety, trust, and respect are at the core of the care I provide. About: Hi everyone! I've had dogs since I was a baby. My first dog, Kayla actually taught me how to walk! I absolutely love pups & am hoping to open a sanctuary for senior & disabled dogs one day. For now, I'm hoping to be able to leave my corporate job & take care of your dogs. Absolute dream job💙 My goal is to make your dogs as happy & comfortable as possible. If they're happy, they won't be stressed and neither will you. My family and I keep them busy & entertained. Some of my clients even call my home Camp Anacelia 😂. The atmosphere in my house is very relaxed. Everyone is welcome on the furniture & most of our guest pups sleep on our beds or in one of several dog beds we have throughout the house. Their choice! Have a pup with special needs or need medications administered? No problem! From allergy meds to insulin to diapers, I have years of experience. I also keep puppy pads readily available for our untrained guests. When the weather is good, I like to take the dogs on day trips to parks, events, markets, etc. Let me know if your dog is not a fan of car rides. Communication is key! Tell me what your needs are and we can decide together, if I'm the right sitter for your family. Thank you & I look forward to meeting you & your pup! I work outside of the home during the weekday, but your pups will never be alone as my husband is self employed and loves spending time with them. I like to spend 1 on 1 time with the pups and let them decide if they want to play together or just want to nap on my lap. Meal times are also done on a solo basis to eliminate any chance of mishaps and to decrease stress.
“Kristina did a great job this weekend with our 2 medium sized dogs. She followed all our picky directions and kept the space tidy. We came home to very happy peaceful pups. Definitely would have her back”

“Katie was wonderful. It was our first time to have someone do drop-in visits for our cat, Moscato. We were away for a few days and Katie kept us posted with photos and how my cat was doing. We are grateful for Katie. She is very caring, attentive and most of all trustworthy. My Moscato was well taken cared of just like her own. I feel comfortable knowing that I have Katie to contact when something comes up and need care for my cat. I highly recommend Katie!! Truly a Star sitter!!”

About: I’ve co-parented many types of animals all throughout my life. Dogs, cats, bunnies, chickens, you name it I’ve done it! I trained all my dogs from when they were young and have lots of experience taking care of family and friends pets for them while they were away! I’m currently working part time as a server on the weekends! I’m super available during the weekdays. On weekends I have some late nights but that doesn’t stop me from being able to take care my furry family and yours before and after my shifts. Although I’d love to open my own home to your furry friends. My own pets are super hyper active and do cause some stress occasionally for the friends they meet. But, I will bring the same level of love and care that I provide right on over to your home!

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Perkasie
Juliette took care of our cat Bella while we were away and did a super job!!! She followed our directions in feeding Bella and making sure the litter box stayed clean each day. She also took good care of a fish we have. Juliette updated us each day on how Bella was doing. She would have also sent us pictures, but Bella is a very shy skittish cat and is very afraid of strangers. Everyday Bella was in hiding mode when Juliette was around. Juliette also went out of her way to help us with our mail at one point. She is a very capable pet sitter, and we feel completely comfortable in having her take care of Bella. We will definitely ask her to pet sit Bella again in the future!

Alexandra was fantastic. Took excellent care of our cats, who can be finicky. They loved her. Was very prompted at drop in visits and handled insulin shots with ease. We would highly recommend her and will likely use her again. Thanks Alexandra. We appreciate your great care!!!

Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Perkasie. On Rover:

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
