“Christina took amazing care of my Theo. She was patient with him and took pictures and sent updates often! Theo had soooo much fun running around with her dog Harley. My flight coming home was delayed and Christina was very flexible with the change in pick up time and I cannot thank her enough!! I will 100% be using her again 😊”

“We had to make a last minute trip out of state due a few days. Fiona was happy to help! Ghost loves being with her and all his different friends 😍 Fiona does an awesome job communicating, sharing updates, and sending fantastic pictures! Having a safe, clean, and fun place for him to go when he can't be with us is the best! Big thanks to Fiona!”

“Elaine was a great sitter! I felt very comfortable leaving my pups with her knowing they’d be safe and happy. She was easy to communicate with and sent photos and updates daily. Hope to have her watch my dogs again. They got along great with her border collie!”

“Jana is such a blessing! She has taking great care of our less that year old mini-dachshund like a pro! He loves going to her house. Jana sends pictures and communicates so well! She has been flexible with us during family illnesses and flight changes, etc.”

“My fur baby was so well taken care of. I was updated with pictures during his stay. Im guessing he had lots of play time as he came home and wanted to play. Sweet and jumping around with a toy I was so happy to see him this way. So im assuming he enjoyed his time with other dogs.”

“Karina and her husband took great care of our dogs while we had to go out of town. They really treat your pets as if they’re their own! I never had to worry about our babies being well cared for with them! When we unexpectedly ended up having to extend our stay away because of the hurricane, they were so accommodating for us and the dogs. I highly recommend keeping your dogs with Karina if you need someone that’s reliable and loving.”
“Sydney was wonderful—she sent photos of Leonidas everyday he was with her and he was such a happy pup when I picked him up! I can feel how positive the energy is in Sydney’s home and how well she cared for him. He loved playing with her dog and being with a family while I was away. Thank you so much Sydney!”

“Joy was amazing with my dog Theo! I’m usually very nervous about leaving him with someone new, but Joy let us come by for a meet and greet prior to my trip. I can honestly say after meeting her I had no doubts and felt very comfortable leaving with him in her care. Her communication was great and she made sure to send pictures and all updates. Her dog Fang was also a sweetheart and got along great with Theo. She went above and beyond to make sure my dog felt at home and I could tell he loved being there. I will not hesitate to rebook in the future and very thankful I found her!”

“Frankie loves going to Ashley’s house! She is very responsive and takes great care of Frankie. She makes sure to always send me photos of Frankie playing outside or hanging out inside watching tv. I will continue to use Ashley any time I need a sitter.”

“We had to board our dog for a few days and Belinda was great with Marley. I loved getting daily updates and pictures. I could tell Marley felt right at home there. Highly recommend”

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
