About: I’ve grown up with dogs all my life! Mostly Pits, but comfortable caring for any breed, big or small. I have experience with trained and untrained dogs, hyper puppies, and senior dogs that need a little more patience than most. I also have experience caring for dogs that suffer from Tonic-Clonic (grand mal) seizures. I can also administer medication if needed. Rover is a part time job that also doubles as experience under my belt considering i’m going to school to become a vet technician. Personally pet care has always been apart of my daily life including cat care: feeding, enrichment, cleaning all bowls and liter box daily, bonding time(cuddles), even practicing tricks! (my cat can sit, spin, and go up on her hind feet all for a treat). Dog care includes: walking, feeding, outdoor and indoor enrichment, bathing, brushing etc. Im comfortable with pets in my home and also going to the clients home. I have 3 main areas in my home that I utilize for pet care. my finished basement which includes 2 separate rooms and a full bathroom, my backyard which is fully fenced with no grass. Lastly, the attic floor which includes my bedroom. If your pet is more hyper, I’d care for them in the basement since it has more space for zoomies and playing with toys. If your furbaby is more lazy and chill, we can relax in my bedroom!

About: I am a lifelong dog lover and owner who recently said goodbye to my beloved dog after 16.5 wonderful years. While my family is not quite ready to make the commitment to another dog of our own, I truly miss having a pup around—and I would love to spoil yours while you’re away! I work from home, so your dog will have plenty of company and attention throughout the day. I only host one dog at a time, and I'm specifically looking for small, friendly dogs (30 lbs or less) who are comfortable in a family home. My 9-year-old son is also a huge dog lover and is very excited to have a furry friend around the house again! He’ll be part of the fun—playing, giving belly rubs, and enjoying plenty of cuddle time—so I'm looking for dogs who are comfortable and happy around children. My home is calm, cozy, and dog-friendly, with plenty of opportunities for cuddles, playtime, and attention. Because I'm selective about the dogs I will host, my goal is for your pup to feel like they’re staying with family—not being boarded at a kennel. I'm happy to care for dogs of all ages who enjoy a quiet, loving home environment. A meet-and-greet before every stay helps make sure it’s a great fit for everyone! I work from home full-time, so I’m able to be home with your dog throughout most of the day. My flexible schedule allows for regular potty breaks, playtime, walks, and plenty of attention throughout the day. I'm also home a lot on weekends and enjoy having a dog join me for family activities. I do have the occasional sports game, outing, or event, but these are generally during the daytime and I'm never away for more than about 8 hours at a time. Your pup will be welcome to settle into the normal family routine—whether that means following me around while I work, curling up nearby for a nap, playing with my son after school, or getting lots of cuddles on the couch. Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I only host one dog at a time, so your pup will have my full attention and won’t have to share the house with other visiting dogs. My home is a single-level home with no stairs, making it easy for dogs of all ages to get around comfortably. I do not have a fenced-in yard, so dogs are always supervised and kept securely on a leash or harness whenever they’re outside. Inside, your dog is welcome to make themselves at home! I am a true dog lover, so cuddling on the couch, curling up next to me while I work, and even sleeping in bed are all perfectly fine. I want your pup to feel comfortable, safe, and loved while they’re here. I'll follow your dog’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, medications, and any other care instructions you provide. I'll also keep you updated with photos and messages so you can relax knowing your pup is happy and well cared for. Before every stay, we’ll have a meet-and-greet to make sure your dog is comfortable in my home and that we’re a good fit for each other.
