About: I’ve had dogs around me my whole life; from active labs to precocious cocker spaniels to mutts with needs, I’m happy to provide the care your pets need while you’re away. I’m flexible with all play styles and feeding habits, all while staying firm against begging for food we can’t have and keeping a close eye on problem behaviors such as digging or pillow ripping. I love all kinds of dogs, from hyperactive to couch potatoes, malamutes to chihuahuas, puppies to senior dogs. I’ll be sure to keep your fluffy friends entertained and well kept while you’re away! As for walking, I always strive to make sure your four legged friend has their share of exercise and fresh air. My time is currently open to weekdays from 6 am to 11 pm. I’m happy to check on your pets multiple times a day to keep up with their schedules, and am happy to follow plans as needed. I do my best to follow any instructions provided for your pet. I’m happy to play, take pets outside into yards or for walks in the neighborhood to get their energy out, feed them on their schedules, and visit multiple times a day to keep your pet happy and entertained. I have a preference for crate trained dogs, but for those more well-behaved, I have no qualms. As for cats, I’m happy to keep quiet and leave them to their own pace, letting myself be available to them while not invading their space.

“We rebooked Brooke for a 10-day, three times (1-hour each) per day visit. With 3 large dogs left at home alone it could be like the Xmas movie so we opted to play it safe. She walked them, fed, played, picked up poop, changed water, arranged bedding. Our large German Shepard howls (happy) when he sees her and runs to her for pets and back rubs. We also have a standard poodle that is high energy and Brooke kept her running while hiking and worked on recall. Our lab makes excuses for the other two and commiserates with Brooke at their wanderings. Our heating unit went out and she set up portable heaters and kept watch on the temperature levels until we got back. Highly recommend. She really likes dogs and you know what is said…if my dog doesn’t like you we can’t be friends. You’ll be friends.”

About: I have had dogs since I was 10 years old when I began showing them in agility through 4-H. I have had several foster dogs over the years including those with severe anxiety, one that only spoke Russian, and one that had to wear a diaper. I have two personal dogs who are wonderful adventure companions for my boys and I. I am a special education teacher. I am fully available during weekends, summer, and holidays. During work days I work from 8:00 - 4:00. I can run home for a potty break once during my scheduled work day as needed. I have a large fenced yard with a doggy door system both to the heated garage and outside. I have a separate cat room built off of my garage. It has heat and air conditioning with a large window. This spring a catio will be a wonderful addition to the totally secure space. My home is warm and inviting. I have two lovely children (9 and 11) who adore animals as much as their mother!

About: I have grown up with dogs and cats my whole life. I personally own two cats. I have dog/cat sat for weeks on end with no issues. I love to play fetch with the dogs and play with cats when they find the time! I will drop everything I can to ensure that the animals in my care are well taken care of and that the area around them is better than when I arrived. I currently work in Spokane, WA at an accounting firm from 8-5 everyday with an hour lunch break. I am free almost every weekend and would love to spend time with some animals in my free time. I keep all areas clean; I clean up after the animals 2+ times a day or when necessary. I ensure they are fed at the correct times with the correct amount of food and ensure that their water is clean and full every day. I give tons of love to the animals and respect the owner's rules and regulations. I keep in contact, during the stay, with the owner if that is what they prefer.

About: I have been a dog mom for most of my life and my animals are like my babies. I spoil and love every dog in my care. I have been walking my neighbor's dogs on and off for 8 years. While you are away, I can guarantee that your dogs will receive only the best care either in my home or yours. I am always the go to person for a my friends to watch their fur babies while at work or out of town and I cannot wait to add yours to the mix. Caring for your furry (and not so furry!) loved ones brings me lots of joy and is how I wish I could spend every day. I'm eager to please and find I'm available for daily drop ins for potty and feedings, or spending more time with your pet in the evenings while you work late. Also available for overnights up to a week, staying in your home so your animal is most comfy! I love taking relaxing walks and playing fetch, or playing in your fenced yard enjoying the warm weather. I can administer pills and monitor health conditions, and can provide physical assistance for small dogs and cats with mobility issues, like getting up and down furniture. I'm open and eager to learn administering other medication types if you are comfortable teaching! Anxious and shy pets warm to me easily, and so do senior dogs and cats! I have open availability during the summer months as I work for the school district. I want to spend my time loving and caring for your pet/s, so please let me know what your needs are and I'll do everything I can to make it work! After summer, I work part-time during the day, so I can stop by mid-morning to let dogs out to potty and play, and my evenings/weekends are open. I have volunteered for over a year at the Spokane Humane Society, where I gained valuable experience with animals of all kinds and personalities. About: I have grown up around pets, and have lots of experience pet sitting for both dogs, cats, and even farm animals, and dog walking for others as well. I have worked with dogs and cats off all ages, sizes, and needs, including behaviorally challenging, disabled, and medically complex ones who require a little extra care. Pet care has always been a part of my daily routine since I remember. I grew up with dogs, and latter have had cats as well, and I love them all! I enjoy every part of that routine, from daily tasks like feeding, walking, meditation administration, and play to bigger activities like bath time, big hikes, and puppy play dates. In my clients home and out on walks, I will prioritize following all rules and standard the client has set, because I know everyone has different expectations and rules regarding their pets. For example, if a client shares that their dog does not get along with other dogs, I would make sure that during a walk we maintained safe distances away from others.
