I have lots of experience with fostering puppies and kittens of all ages. I am a full time college student and work part time as a server at a restaurant. I am able to pet sit in mornings prior to class, evenings after work, and some throughout the day. I try to stick to your pets normal schedule as much as possible. I want them to be as comfortable as possible while you are away!

Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine. It’s not just a job, but something I genuinely enjoy. Between working as a veterinary assistant and caring for my own pets, I’m constantly surrounded by animals. Feeding, walking, playtime, administering medications, or just giving extra cuddles, it all fits into my day with purpose and care I care for my own pets and client pets by providing plenty of enrichment and paying close attention to their individual needs. Whether it’s interactive play, mental stimulation, or simply understanding their body language, I make sure each pet feels safe, engaged, and cared for in a way that suits their unique personality. I care for every clients pet like my own, making sure they feel comfortable and loved.

I love animals, and whenever I pet sit I give every animal I care for the best treatment possible. I will try to keep them on a schedule if they already have one, or if they are more go with the flow, that works for me too. Whatever they are comfortable with I will adapt to.

“Christa has been a wonderful find! She has been making daytime visits to walk my dog and he seems very content! She spent extra time to stop by to meet him and to learn about his needs and routine, which was so helpful and put my mind at ease. We will continue to have Christa stop by as needed and would recommend her! It is very obvious how much she cares about all pets- not just her own. :)”

“Irene G. has taken care of my horse and my two cats on several extended occasions and I can't say enough good things about her service. My cats are rescues with a host of personality quirks and health issues and I travel to places where I am hard to reach. Nonetheless, I never worry about emergencies when I am gone because I know Irene knows what to do and has the expert judgment to determine what is a real problem and what is just my cats acting odd. Irene grew up on a farm and works with her mom's horse business so if you have exotic or unusual pets, she is the person to talk to. She grew up with dogs, horses, livestock, and barn chores. She is kind, capable, and utterly reliable. I recommend her in the strongest possible terms.”
