About: I've had pets in my life since I was a child - dogs, cats, rabbits, and rats! I currently have one large dog (German Shepherd mix) and a cat. I'm comfortable caring for all sizes and types of dogs, any cats, or other small animals. I've worked with a trainer for my own dog for reactivity, and have experience walking and taking care of large dogs. I work full time during the week and am available for morning/evening visits and weekends visits or walks. I will give your fur babies the same love and care I give to mine, they are family! About: My mom is a zoologist, so I was raised learning how to treat all animals with the best care. I have experience with puppies, senior dogs, and dogs with special food conditions. I know that our pets our just as much part of the family as humans, and I promise to provide them with the best and most loving care as if they were my own. I am currently a full-time college student with an internship that typically keeps me busy in the afternoons. However, my schedule is flexible with mornings and evenings typically being more open. From experience with my own pets, I find that dogs and cats miss their owners just as much as their owners miss them when they’re away, if not more. That being said, after completing any responsibilities the family has asked of me, I always take some extra time to hang out with the pets to make sure they feel loved while missing their family. I also find that the families appreciate picture and text updates of how their pets are doing while they’re gone. I always make sure to do that so the owners can trust their pets are in good hands.

About: My name is Elisa S., I generally go by Lis, & I use they/them pronouns! I have volunteered at Centre County PAWS since April 2018, in September 2019 I was offered a job & was the first minor to be employed with PAWS! I recently started fostering cats & kittens. My first foster was a lovely kitten who had recently had her leg amputated. I am very experienced in giving all types of meds (pill, eye, ear, wound care, & more). And I of course have 3 fur-babies of my own (Nora, Emmitt, & Ellie), a 40 gal fist tank with 10 fish, as well as a 10 gallon fish tank with 2 aquatic frogs. I also have some experience in caring for reptiles! I am currently working at Centre County PAWS as a Kennel assistant, I always work on Mondays & Tuesdays from 4-7. But am currently working a flexible mid-day shift every day. I am available for your pets almost anytime, any day! Due to my fur-babies, 2 fish tanks, & fosters, I currently will not be offering care in my home. When I care for your animals, I will listen to you and your pets wants & needs. I understand that every pet owner cares for their pets differently & will respect the way you do so!

About: I’ve always been a dog family, growing up with always 2 dogs or more in my family households. When I was 20, I adopted my soul dog Dusty, who was extremely dog reactive. He showed me a lot of how to deal with reactive dogs, especially on walks and dealing with strangers who may not get that their dog may be friendly, but yours may need that extra space to be comfortable. I now also own two cats, adopted from the local shelter Paws and they have become my life. They are very clingy but also shy towards strangers. So I also very understand if you own some shy cats, I would love them just the same! I currently live all year in State College, work full time but still have plenty of time for my cats and still have more time for others. Just let me know 24 hours ahead or more and it can happen! I am fully comfortable crating all kinds of dogs, walking any breed, or dealing with any shy temperamental cat. I really love animals with all my heart, and you have my word when you’re not home- you don’t need to worry about your furry loved one back home.

About: Hi there! I have been around pets and loving animals all my life. Whether you have a playful puppy or a senior cat, I’m comfortable caring for pets of all ages and sizes! I’m currently in college, so I frequently travel between State College and Spring Mills. I have a pretty minimal workload since I have a few online classes so I’m available for most of the day on weekdays and available weekends. I live with cats and dogs so service at my house isn’t the best option unless you have a low energy pet, but I provide service in-home or outdoors for just a walk in the park!

About: I’m a Penn State student, formerly an Animal Science major and now a third-year studying Psychology. I previously volunteered at PAW Pets Shelter, where I gained hands-on experience caring for and interacting with dogs of different temperaments and needs. I also have a toy poodle back home, so I understand the responsibility and attention that goes into caring for a dog every day. I care for pets in my home by providing a safe and comfortable environment with plenty of space for them to move around. About: Ever since we adopted my dog in 2019, I have been obsessed with caring for animals. I have taken my dog on at least 100 walks in his lifetime so far, and I don’t plan to stop anytime soon! Additionally, I have been requested by multiple neighbors and friends to dog sit and cat sit for them. I have been dog sitting and catsitting for the same people for about 4 years now, so I would say I have a lot of experience!! I currently work part time at Kohls, so my schedule is a little all over the place. However, I am willing to set a strict availability in order to balance both jobs. Ideally, I can work during the week, but if weekends are needed, I can make some changes. I am very much a rule follower when it comes to watching pets in a clients home. I try to stay by the animals as much as possible to make sure they aren’t getting up to anything, while also staying in the common areas to respect my clients home. I love playing with the animals and giving tons of pets, so don’t worry about your pets being bored!

About: I have worked in an animal shelter for almost 7 years. I was the kennel manager, I did the daily cleaning and walking of the dogs and cats and have experience in medicating them. I'm currently not working so I have a pretty flexible schedule, any time and days of the week work well for me. please feel free to ask me any questions I have tons of experience and know a lot about handling and caring for animals. I have 2 very loving cats but your pets would not be meeting them.

About: I have helped take care of my families pets since I was 17. We always had cats and at least one dog. I have also had a pet snake for 6 years. I have volunteered at pet shelters for many years and have a cat of my own. I can juggle many pets at once I am currently working full time but am passionate about animals and helping others. I am available for check-ins during the day, over nights throughout the week and weekend. I have my own cat her name is Harmony. I ensure that she always has food, water and fresh litter. About: I have been a volunteer foster at Centre County Paws for 8 years. I have fostered 8 week old puppies to 13 year old senior dogs. I have seen it all: separation anxiety, severe malnutrition, high energy, resource guarding, dog aggression, etc. Your dogs are my top priority and I want to keep their routines consistent as possible. I am currently a senior in highschool, so overnight stays are typically restricted to weekends until June, but I am flexible if you live within 20 minutes of Bellefonte. I am free for 7:30am pee breaks and any time after 3:00pm during weekdays. I have finicky dogs, so I understand providing for a dog with specific needs. I can jog, play fetch, snuggle, and any type of quality time your dog needs. I will spend lots of time with your cats, cuddling and playing with toys are my favorite activities!
