Beth recognized that nervousness and immediately worked to put us and our cat at ease. She shared pictures and videos regularly. What was really amazing to see was how our cat began to open to Beth and looked just as comfortable with her as he is with us in the videos. It was so good to see him happy, being taken care of, and making a new friend- that's especially because of Beth- she really cares for animals and takes time to build a relationship with them. Her home was lovely and very pet friendly, and she asked lots of questions to make sure Sauce would be comfortable, well cared for, and a good fit in her home overnight. While we were away, she sent pictures and kept me updated on how Sauce was doing and what he was up to, which gave me great peace of mind. Heather was super pleasant, easy-going, and clearly thoughtful about the dogs she cares for. Sauce seemed happy and comfortable with her, and I would absolutely use Heather again.”
